Lots of accessories and good for small apartment with hardwood or tile. not enough suction for dog hair so gets the 3 stars. gave it to a friend with no dogs. if you have dogs, go with a Dyson.

It does what i needs to do. Cleans up really well especially on the capet as my dog sheds. Battery life could be better but glad you can always have a backup if needed or to replace on a dime.

I love my new vacuum, it's one of the best vacuum I ever had. Light weight, easy to use, easy to clean out. The battery has a long lasting charge. And has a nice storage mount kit. I highly recommend this product.

Works great on wood floors and can be used on custom rugs without damaging fiber.

Great Vac, for hardwood floors. Battery is okay for smaller jobs not full house cleaning, so I just use it for downstairs cleaning.

Good enough for light office vacuuming, not strong enough for animal hair. Would not buy it for my house, but good enough for light office cleaning for the price

Not so happy with this handheld vacuum battery seems to die fairly fast

Said it was good for houses with carpet, its just ok. Constantly have to use the extra power button. Only get if you have bar floors and thin carpet. Battery dies quick. If you have a bigger house you will need 2 batterys.

2 months. Only lasted for 2 months. I mistakenly left the battery on the charger over night. Well let's say it got a good nights rest, not knowing that will cause it to go to its final resting place. Battert is full but it refuses to turn on. Apart from that when it was working, dont bother putting it on Turbo speed. The vacuum turns off. Never experienced that with other brands.

I love the vacuum, I believe it would’ve been better if they put two batteries just because it does to run fast out of battery

The head of vacuum is not maneuver well. Gets stuck on turns, from cleaning under sofas have to straighten going on flat surfaces. Suction is ok Had kenmore one, was much better, never had to fix manually after vacuuming under things.

Battery does not last long enough, not that powerful

Just had LVP floors installed and purchased this. I bought because bissell has always been a good brand. Do not buy this machine. It doesn't pick up anything. When you get thru vacumning the machine leaves lots stuff on the floor under the vacumn head. Its like it vacumns but it's not strong enough to send to the canister. I've tried using it on the top speed for carpet but that doesnt work. I'm a senior and this was a total waste of money. My dry swiffer does a better job and it's cheap to use.

The Bissell is lightweight and maneuverable and convenient to use. It does a very god job on bare wood floors and on firm area rugs, but it struggles on softer area rugs.

Decent vacuum cleaner for quick clean up. The battery life is very short.

Quality Vacuum that snaps together right out of the packaging. Works Great.

I love this thing. Easy to use cleans the cat cat hair witch used to be a problem. The stairs are very easy to clean now.
