Loves it! This vacuum cleaner was not a Valentine's Day gift or anything stupid like that. I just saw it when I was buying a new lap top and grabbed it for me. This was the best thing I did in ten years.

It sucks and not like a bissell should

I honestly dont return it because i used it two times & dont have the box. Invest in one that maybe can last longer.

Neither instruction "pamphlet" was sufficient. We need someone handier than we are to fix this problem.

When I stopped the vacuum and picked it up from the floor so I could put it away, the crumbs fell back out onto the floor. The only items that made it up into the canister were the dust and pet hair that had been on the floor. I had to go back with a broom and dustpan to clean up the mess. Not at all satisfied with the performance. I took it back to the store for a refund of the purchase price.
