So far I really like the all in one. It dries so fast which for me is the best part. Though I haven’t used a whole lot (family Med reasons). I hope I will continue to like it in future.

Works really great, however the price is a little steep for what it is. Regardless, I love it and I use it often. Just wish it was a little cheaper or had more features for the price.

I could not be happier with my Crosswave. I love not having to sweep or vacuum my new vinyl floors before cleaning them. I could not be happier.

Does what it says it will do but feels cheap. Should be priced at around a $100 or less not $250.

We just put in new hardwood floors and needed a new vacuum. We chose this one for the convenience of being able to use it wet or dry. It’s worked well for us and would recommend it.

This cleaned my floors very well and it's easy to maneuver into smaller spots. Cleaning the dirty water reservoir, filter and float is a bit messy and disgusting.

It’s nice to have something that helps with cleaning my hardwood floors. I hate using mops and this thing works great. I wish it had a larger tank though.

I purchased the cross wave to clean my hard wood floors and I am very impressed! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in purchasing one!

I love the double duty of this product. It’s a total time saver. I can clean my kitchen floor in half the time it used to take with a broom, mop, and bucket.

This is the best ever for floors. We have 4 big dogs and this makes keeping the floors clean a piece of cake. I wish i could give it more than 5 stars.

Love this machine it does everything I need it to do, I have a huge house and a lot of people who walk around and dirty my floors. This does the job perfectly!

This product works wonders on my tile and hardwood flooring. It doesn't use allot of water, but still cleans very well. The best roller is the multiple surface one, which it comes with. The good news, this will get your floors the cleanest they have ever been. Now some bad news. First, don't even think about cleaning thicker rugs with it; the Crosswave just can't do it (even with the carpet brush). Second, the side cleaning leaves about 1 inch of of unwashed flooring, to get as close as possible to an edge you need to clean using the front of the machine, not sides. Overall I love the CrossWave and would recommend it.

The Bissell Crosswave is an interesting combination of a mop, a broom, and a vacuum. Use it if you want to easily be rid of dust, crumbs, and dirt spots on any kind of hard floor or rug. There doesn’t seem to be a product on the market quite like this one. Assembly: I hate trying to assemble and use any household appliances. I feel like they should be idiot-proof, but somehow they always pull one over on me and the pictures/instructions are never helpful. That is not the case with the Bissell Crosswave. It was easy to assemble, all the parts went together in a way that made sense, and there was no unnecessary strength needed to snap anything into place. Cleaning: To test the cleaning capabilities, I tested the Bissell Crosswave on five different surfaces. Linoleum kitchen floor, ceramic tile bathroom floor, wood dining room floor: It glided effortlessly across the floor and easily picked up crumbs, dust, and dirt spots. The swivel design made it easy to maneuver. The cleaning solution provided and used in the Bissell Crosswave left a clean smelling floor (thankfully not overbearing, just fresh) and I do have to say the surfaces looked a bit brighter too. These surfaces dried rather quickly - which is rather important when you have a house full of family that doesn’t always want to stay in one room! My only complaint about cleaning these surfaces was that the Bissell Crosswave could not reach the very edge of the floor - there was still visible dirt at the edge of the molding. Small rug and small area of berber carpet: It did pick up the dirt and hair, however, it was not as easy of a task on the rug. The vacuum suction kept folding up the rug when I tried to do the edges, so that was a bit frustrating. The carpet looked slightly brighter after it dried. Both surfaces dried fully in about 4-5 hours. Disassembly: The Bissell Crosswave was fairly easy to clean. The removable parts are easy to open/disassemble, and all you need to do is run some soapy water on them and let them dry. The instructions say to let the parts dry for 24 hours, which was fine, except for the floor brush. The brush wasn’t completely dry for about 3-4 days. If you want an easier way to mop then you should definitely use this. I wouldn’t replace my broom with this - it is far too much effort to go though using the cleaning solution, rinsing out the parts, and leaving it out to dry, just to be rid of some crumbs. But, it’s much more convenient than bringing out the mop and the bucket and having to ring the mop out and scrub the floor. The Bissell Crosswave gets rid of dirt effortlessly. Overall, I would say the Bissell Crosswave is a quality product and I would recommend to use it. It’s a bit pricy for an upgrade to your mop, but if you want to treat yourself to some convenience I say go ahead!

We are guardians of 3 rescue springer spaniels and 4 rescue cats. With a crew like that, who can't help but shed hair and have occasional accidents, the Bissel CrossWave All-In-One has saved us time, hassles, and sanity! It vacuums and scrubs the floor and the CrossWave is very easy to clean. It does a wonderful job of vacuuming up dry spills and an even better job of taking care of wet "mistakes' on hard floors. I can "wet clean" low cut and tight knit rugs. We are absolutely dependent upon this floor cleaner. Even my man is comfortable using and cleaning the CrossWave. Thanks for developing such a great home tool!

We bought this as we were tired of the mop and bucket. It is AWESOME!!!! It picks up so much more than a standard mop and dries 5X faster too. Would recommend.

This is a very nice vacuum it cleans my ceramic and linoleum floors quite well. I have yet to use on carpet but so far so good.

It so much easier than getting the mop out and rinsing and mopping and then having to vacuum again. I can do it all at one time. Much more sanitary also.

I love the idea and it works really well. Hair gets wrapped around the roller and hard to get off. Can use on laminate or rugs. Easy to use.
