Does a pretty good job on tile floors, the grout almost needs a little more scrubbing. But at least not using dirty mop water back onto floor. For carpet is okay for little spots that need cleaned but for a carpet only cleaner does a better job. The carpet only cleaner that I have, cleans carpet better but uses a lot more water too...

Have tile floors throughout the house, works beautifully

I have laminate floors in my home and this thing is great. I have had it for a while and it gets heavy use and still goes strong. I am thinking of upgrading to the new cordless model but this thing overall works so good.

Purchased this multi-surface vacuum for the office where we have marble floors and Persian rugs, does great on the rugs. Not so great on the marble, however it does the job after multiple slow passes on the marble.

I live my bissell. I get my floors clean quick!!!!

This review is based on my receiving a unit from Best Buy at no cost to me. Overall, this is a reasonable product. Starting with the shipping carton, I appreciated that when opening from the top that there was a diagram of all included parts. There weren't many parts, and it was easy to get the device together. Now, I like Pine-Sol, and while this usage isn't strictly supported, I did it anyway. It actually worked well. In fact, the only issue was in making sure the feeder reservoir didn't clog the intake with too much foam. Other than that, the mopping worked well. Essentially, this is a mini Shop-Vac, in that it sucks up both dry and wet simultaneously. I really liked the fact that there was virtually no standing water on my floors after use. So far, I've only had one run with it, but believe it's a keeper, and super-simple to mop. Frankly, I wouldn't pay $250 for the machine; I'd recommend something south of $200. But, all in all, it's a reasonable machine, even light enough to do stairs.

This is a great machine for our hardwood and tile floors.

I like that I can clean my wood floors and also spot clean the carpet in one job. I don't recommend this as "tough job" carpet cleaner but more for the wood and tile floors.

Overall the best purchase I’ve ever made. It is truly a wonderful product. With 3 cats & 2 dogs it has helped my allergies. I use it almost everyday. It’s amazing the dirt & hair That it picks up. It’s a vacuum cleaner, floor & rug cleaner. I recommend the Crosswave. AAA+++

Product is perfect for my tile and hardwood floors. Easy to use and stores in a small space. Marks on the reservoir makes it easy to fill. I have multiple pets and the Crosswave is great for cleaning up when they track in dirt.

I dislike old fashion mopping, decided to give this a try. Leaves my floor clean and super fast to get the job done. Having a toddler and a dog, this has changed the game for me.

I really enjoy using this vaccum. It not only cleans your pets mess, but it really eliminates odors! I guarantee you too will love this product! The only negative thing i have to say is I really wish it had a light for this dark corners! Other then that, I love it!

This is a great little light weight machine. It's our first time using and works and pick up is good. Little noisy, but it works and cleans. I My dog likes it also. She's only 5 lbs. And sits right up for the ride, who's scored dog barked at it.
