The Crosswave is amazing, it does everything as advertised. I was a little skeptical when I first head about this product because it seemed to good to be true, but it has surpassed my expectations.

This BISSELL - CrossWave All-in-One Multi-Surface Cleaner - White/Titanium/Cha Cha Lime is AWESOME!! It cleans my floors, and I use it when I need to bleach my downstairs.

This mop/vacuum has answered all our problems in are house. It easily picks up long hairs and dust with ease while mopping the floors shiny! I would definitely recommend!

Assembly – Pieces are neatly packaged in the top of the box, making it easy to unpack and assemble. After snapping the handle in place and wrapping the cord up, it was all put together and ready to go. Storage – The box comes with a shallow pan shaped base that allows storage of the machine and the two brushes that are included. The two 8 oz. bottles of cleaning fluid that are included must be stored separately. Use – The instructions are very easy to use with both written and pictorial instructions. The quick start guide gives the details on setting up and operating the Crosswave as well as how to clean and maintain the unit. The user guide has very detailed directions for doing all the tasks and has a troubleshooting section just in case. We were able to get going in no time. Cleanup – Nothing that works to clean a floor is going to be completely hands-free to cleanup, and the Crosswave does require dealing with the dirty water! Bissell has make this as easy as possible, with handles where they are needed to make sure your hands stay out of contact whenever possible. The drying tray makes both the machine and roller drying simple and effective. I was surprised at how easy the machine was to cleanup and it is now drying so it will be ready the next time. Overall – We took a few days before we had a chance to use it, but when my wife began, one of our daughters also wanted a try. After they had worked on most of the floors, I had a go at the kitchen floor which we thought was pretty clean to begin with. I was amazed at how clean it got our old flooring. It was very nice to have a machine that actually cleaned this well and this easily. The Bissell Crosswave is a pretty amazing machine that does its job and does it well. It doesn’t do a lot of extra things, it doesn’t have a bunch of add-ons or attachments. It does clean floors and area rugs quickly and easily. After many vacuums and a very wide variety of mops, I am impressed that such a light and simple machine can do its job so well. It really looks like it is well made and will last years.

So this is amazing! the only fault is it doesn't get the corners! But overall it deep cleans, and you can use any mixture.

Works well, does it save time? Not really by the time you break it down and clean it it takes about as long to mop the floors.

I like this product and it works really well as a vaccuum. However, it does not get off stuck on spills or in the cracks of tile very easy. I would reccomend getting the scrubbing brush as an add on for sure although I have not purchased this brush yet (plan to). The filter also gets dirty easy and is REALLY hard to clean because the dirt gets stuck inbetween the thick paper like accordian material it is made of.

I like the Bissell crosswave, but I think it works better for small spaces and not for a heavy duty clean. It gets clogged easily and it doesn't seem to pick up simple little things such as a tiny piece of paper, feather from a pillow, lint from a blanket, etc...

First off, my review is based in part on my wife's feedback. We have a 2600 sq ft house with eramic tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms, hard wood in the living room and carpet in the bedrooms. Be it because she's naturally more pessimistic than I am or because she's had bad experience with this type of product before, my wife was very skeptical that this would do a good job. However, after trying it she called me very excited to tell me that she had never seen the kitchen tiles so clean since the house was built in 2007. I could hardly believe she was actually excited about it but when I saw it I was also impressed. The result on the hardwood floor was also very similar. Her only complaint was that she had to replace the water in the dirty water tank more often than expected. There is a line on the tank that shows how much dirty water it can hold before it needs to be emptied but it actually forces you to do it before it reaches that line. It is very light - that's my wife's words again and I don't hear that very often. So far everything was mostly perfect but then she tried to clean the rug. It did not feel as light anymore despite the fact that she had waited until she was full of energy to try it. It was not extremely heavy but suction on the rug required more muscles from her arms. No big deal though. She was not unhappy with the result although she emphasized that it was ok for carpets and rugs, as long as you don't expect professional cleaning from it. She was a bit concerned that the rug felt somewhat wet but she noticed that it was not too bad. She is genuily happy with what it does. Pros: Great on ceramic tiles, very good on hardwood floors and ok on rugs. Mostly very light. Cons: Need to empty dirty tank more than expected. A bit heavy on rugs and carpet. Cleaning solution may go very fast but not necessarily to be blamed on the Bissel Crosswave Summary: A must have for most jobs if you don't expect professional cleaning results on carpets/rugs that are not cleaned frequently.

My house has hardwood and tile floors throughout so I have struggled with various methods to effectively clean both surfaces. For lack of a better option I had settled on using Swiffer products. The Swiffer results were frankly an unacceptable solution. Swiffer is awkward to use and never thoroughly cleaned my floors adequately. I was hopeful that the Bissell CrossWave would prove to be more effective. Assembly was extremely simple as I referenced the instructions. I popped on the cleaning solution and was up and running in no time at all. I first used the CrossWave on my tile floors. Here I was concerned that the CrossWave would not adequately clean the grout lines and not leave excess liquid behind. I was quickly reassured as the CrossWave was very effective in vacuuming up the solution, leaving my tile only damp not soaked. The grout was also cleaned. The dirty water tank quickly filled with the evidence of just how bad a Swiffer was at cleaning my floors. Once the tile dried I was actually surprised how clean the floor looked. The cleaning solution also has a pleasant scent and isn't overwhelming. I next tried the CrossWave on my bamboo floors. I was by now somewhat a pro and all went extremely smoothly on this surface as well. On hardwood the floors actually seemed to be even more dry than the tile. I guess that makes sense since the tile is a porous surface and the hardwood is sealed. The house sure is cleaner. Cleanup was a breeze. I rinsed the brush and stored it and the CrossWave in its included storage and drying tray. Bissell thought of everything by including this storage solution for a wet device and brush. I can't say I experienced any disappointment with the CrossWave. Highly recommended.

A very good solution for hard floors. Its not as simple to use, but it works pretty good when you get use to it.

This is a great little machine! Only downfall you’ve gotta take apart and clean it up every time you use it!

I was impressed by the ease of use of my Bissell Crosswave. Quick and easy to setup and and easy to operate. It did a good job cleaning my wood floors. It' s relatively lightweight and easy to maneuver. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the power cord is connected at the bottom of the unit and while there's a notch near the top of the handle to hold it up out of the way, it's still a distraction trying to keep the cord in the notch. Also, the power cord could use to be a bit longer, but that' s not a big issue. Overall I'm very pleased with it.

My wife is in heaven. She can sweep and mop the floors simultaneously!! The dual mop acts like a vacuum since it picks up debris off the floor. We love it!!!

Aside from having to pass it multiple times over spots on the kitchen floor I love the CrossWave.

Cleans floors and rugs well. My only complaint is the cleaning of the machinecafter use.

This is a very innovative tool for cleaning! Makes quick work out of vacuuming and mopping floors! I love how easy this is to use! I would highly recommend!

the product is very good. the only thing is that you need to do it maintain the brush and clean out the tank once you're done using the cleaner.

The vacuum as you mop is great feature even tho I have a Roomba that I also love

Very happy with the product. Does a great job. I could not believe the amount of dirt it picked up after I thoroughly vaccummed the floor.
