I replaced an older floor cleaner that quit working, this version has better pick up then my other one but it does take a bit of clean up after use

We have all hardwood flooring except kitchen and it definitely makes the job of cleaning them a lot easier. They look amazing when done

I love having this handy for combo vacuum and mop. For in-between cleanings, it works great and makes cleaning my hardwoods twice as fast. My only disappointment is that it doesn't apply enough friction to come anywhere near a deep clean. Using it several times between traditional mopping works great and still saves time.

Thought that this was a steam cleaner and found out it wasn't can add hot water and it does clean pretty good doing that

Great cashier. Was priced higher in Bestbuy but Bestbuy match the price from another competitor, which made it very convenient.

It's good to be able to sweep and vacuum at the same time. What I don't like is when I mop the floor it doesn't steam the floor or carpet. I was told it did. Another problem is that you can't buy the parts at a store, you have to order replacement parts online.

Once you get used to using it cleans good. Does not work on high pile area rugs.

Our office cleaning company uses this machine for the hardwood floors and loves it so I bought one for my house. It works great..

I purchased this for my mother. And she is absolutely in love with it. She thinks it's the best thing since white bread.LOL

Its average. For the price it is decent, but would rather buy something stronger and better next time.

Combines sweeping and mopping in one. Love the refillable container for cleaning fluid. I just use plain amonia.

Great for vaccum and mopping however vaccum only good for light dirt or dust. Should not be considered a good vaccum
