I would recommend the cross wave it cleans my hardwood floors in an excellent way.

Easy install. It cleaned my vinyl floors quickly and nicely. I love the swivel part and access under chairs. The sprayed on liquid to clean the floor was easily dispensed and quickly picked up...much better than mop and so much easier, less tiresome. I love this machine since quick clean ups after muddy boots are a singe.

I really was hoping this would’ve work as good as I expected it to but I was unhappily surprised. One of the reasons I bought this was because i was tired of our rug shampooer always leaking on the floor , well this one also drips some while it isn’t in use so that part defeated the purpose . The thing I was Impressed with was how light it is to carry and how it switches from one mode to next with click of button: I plan On keeping the product but not as impressed as I wish I was

I wasn't really sure about this, but my wife insisted that i get this for her. Since then, I've been the one to actually use it. It's great. I can do light vacuuming and then "mop" my hardwood and tile floors. It works great. No muss, no fuss. My only issue is cleaning the brushes. Great product.

I had a steam mop, but did not get the job done. This Bissell crosswave does it all, scrubs and vaccums all in one, I have 2 dogs and they track in dirt, but the crosswave gets it done, I am very happy with this machine. Very easy to clean after you finish—- it’s great!!

I am in love with this floor cleaner. It not only makes cleaning easier - it also makes my house cleaner than typical vacuum and mops. I regret not buying this sooner. It doesn't even require much of the cleanser. And it is so easy to clean after! Couldn't be happier!

This is a great cleaning tool for a house with mostly laminate floors and some area rugs. This works great for pet clean ups and small spills. Clean-up with this cleaner is quick and easy!

This product makes wood come to life. It almost looks like when i first bought the house.

Easy to use.. Cleans up fast and really saves time on hardwood floors.. You may have to go back and pay extra attention to truely stubborn spots but this is so much better than sweeping and mopping.

Best vacuum ever. When I dump the dirty water out it is gross and amazing me my floors were so dirty. I use it weekly. It picks up food particles and dog hair easily. If I spray to much water sometime my dogs hair is to much/heavy and I have to go over it again. I use it on my throw rigs too.

No carpet in my house but this product works great on laminate floors. Lightweight, easy to maneuver and picks dust and small particles that your broom might miss. Only con is that it isn’t angled enough to get way under furniture.

We used to steam clean our floors, but found the pads would smear dirt and debris around and into the grout grooves etc.. The Bissell Crosswave is the best floor cleaner we have ever used! It gets the floors clean! And is easy to use.

We have tile floors throughout our whole house and have to constantly sweep and mop. After watching all the reviews on YouTube, I was convinced that this device would cut our cleaning time in half since it does both vacuum and mop at the same time. After trying it out, I am convinced that this product works exactly as promised. I even wiped my an area of the cleaned floor with a Clorox wipe afterwards, to see how well it picked up debris & how clean it left our floor. Well the wipe was as white and clean as if it was never used! Only complaint is that the capacity of the tank doesn't let you clean a whole room without having to empty it out at least once or twice (depending on the size of the room). The device will make a weird high pitch noise as your cleaning, indicating that its time to empty the dirty tank water.

This mop is so easy to use. It is great for someone with a back injury.

My house has laminate floors and the Swifer mop sucks at cleaning! This unit works the BEST I have ever seen. Easy to use and a great price. I bought for my wife but her site is not as good as IT used to be. I use it and it is worth every penny.
