The crosswave is the prefect blend of vacuum and mop all in one. I have large house with four animals and two kids. This is one of the best gadgets we got this Christmas.

I bought this combo vacuum to clean up my hardwood floors as well as my rugs. I liked that it cleaned up my floors nicely but even more so that I can easily switch it to rug mode when needed. I have a beige shag rug and it sucked up all the ALL of the particles and hair stuck in there. It did seem to have trouble getting out a stain completely but it worked better than I thought it would.

I have tons of back, neck, and hip problems and needed to find a solution to help around the house but limit the amount of pain that is induced by helping around the house. The Bissell Crosswave has allowed me to clean the floors without causing pain in my neck, back or hips! This floor cleaner is everything it promises! I have a dog and 2 cats so keeping up with their hair can be a pain when your whole house is hard wood floors! This floor cleaner allows me to keep up so much better than sweeping and mopping!

We were very pleased with this product. Easy to use and for a little product, it cleans floors great.

Easy to use on ceramic tile, slate, and hard wood surfaces. The cleaner is a little pricey.

I'm having a hard time with this. I love the vacuum part since I mainly use it for my main floor, which has 2 rugs and hardwood. It vacuums the floors and rugs nicely, however, when it's time for me to clean the floors, I have to work so hard at cleaning the brush prior to me cleaning the floors. By then, I'm tired and put it away and do it another method.

The vacuum is decent power and so long as we mixed the right proportions, we didnt experience streaked floors. Even cleaned spaghetti sauce without making a bigger mess like our old swiffer wet jet would.

Pleasantly surprised! Amazing TV! We've usually only purchased Sony or Samsung TVs in the past, but I've been reading up on newer TVs a lot and this TCL brand has a lot of great qualities with happy customers and reviews, so we decided to give it a try for a second TV in case it wasn't all is cracked up to be. Much to our amazement, we seriously LOVE this TV! We're thinking of replacing the big living room TV with another TCL because we're very impressed! We are not easily impressed either. The picture quality is fabulously clear! We are sensitive to bright light at night, so we wanted to be able to dim it. We changed some factory settings and now it's perfect and we can easily change it from light to dark depending upon what time of day! We don't like certain motions that can make you a little dizzy with some TVs when watching something quick moving but this was great. We read bad reviews about their remote control, but we absolutely LOVE IT being simple because we only watch internet streaming movies (no cable or TV service), so this remote is perfectly simple and has everything we need! The app for a smartphone is genius because you can control your TV, you can plug in headphones, change the channel or lower the volume if your spouse has the remote and you don't want to get up to get it, and much more! Like I said, we're really enjoying this TV!

This product saves me so much time cleaning. It's easy to use and to clean.

For the price that it cost just to buy the vacuum not counting the extra brushes and liquids I would have rather gotten two different vacuums one for your regular daily vacuuming and another for spot cleaner or carpet shampooer because it would have cost me the same. It doesn't do very well on hard floors and doesn't really pick up all the water plus it's a hassle to clean out the compartment where the brush goes and sometimes the filter gets clogged when you're barely getting into your cleaning also the RETURN POLICY for Best Buy isn't the same for those of Target and Walmart so make sure that if you're not one of their top members that you know you only have 14 days to return it unfortunately I was in the hospital with my son during the first week and a half so by the time I got to use it and realized I didn't like it it was too late. REMEMBER you will have to purchase different types of brushes for different types of floor surfaces and also different types of liquids and if you don't clean it it gets stinky it gets a smell that you cant make go away till you get a new brush because if you don't then it'll leave that smell behind in wherever you use it. It is a lot of work to use even for the smallest spot you may need to clean and doesn't fit in snug tight or low areas like under the beds even though my child's Bed is pretty high off the ground I can't get all the way to the back of the beds it DOESN'T have a hose so there's a lot of more cons THEN Pros I would say very disappointed but unfortunately I am now stuck with it :(

Purchased this cleaner primarily to use on our LVP flooring that is installed throughout the house. With 2 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 cats, our hard floors need cleaning frequently, but I hate mopping. This CrossWave has made cleaning the floors so much simpler and saves time. I do have to refill the solution tank about 3 or 4 times to clean all our floors. Floors dry quickly and look great when I'm done cleaning. I haven't used this on any rugs yet. When I'm done cleaning, it is easy to remove the nozzle and rollers to clean the unit.

I have tile/rug/ carpet/wood so far so good only used it 6times and great suctions and easy to take out for cleaning after each used. This product is simply for people who have different floor feature and very convenient for all cleaning floor purposes.

I purchased the BISSELL - CrossWave All-in-One Multi-Surface Cleaner for my wife because she told me that this item would save her hours of cleaning time. When she received it she verified that this item was exactly what she expected and that it indeed it would clean and mop at the same time. My Wife loves this item and would d recommend it to anyone with a big house.

I wanted to like this cleaner, really I did. We moved into a 800 sq foot apt and it's all laminate floors. We have a baby who is soon to start crawling and destroying everything, so I was on the hunt for something to clean the floors. I went to bb and was kinda surprised at how expensive these things were. If you wanted a legit one, it would be at least 150 bucks (a swiffer with wet pads is like 10 bucks?) This one was a model of the best they had priced in the mid 200's (there's a pet version that's closer to 300). I impulsively pulled the trigger. First off, it does not mop or vacuum particularly well. The mop was my 95% priority as we already have a dyson and it's awesome... If there are spots or stains on the floor, you gotta pass over them >6 times to even put a dent into cleaning it up. The mopping action simply isn't strong; it's like a brush that just hovers/skims over the floor. It's not a brush that really creates any friction or any force to actually clean the floor. For a mop thats >200 bucks I would expect some muscle behind the clean. There isn't. Also, you gotta go super slow when you're using it, making a job way longer than one would expect. If you put it on rug mode, it blasts through the liquid. I tried rug mode over the floor to see if that had more power and it didn't; just more liquid. I had to refill the thing all the time and used a bunch of solution. The only reason it got 2 stars was cause the residual water was pretty dirty, so it cleaned up some stuff I guess. At 75 bucks or lower, maybe it would be worth another shot. However, at well over 200, it didn't even get close to my expectations. You're wayyy better off with the 10$ swiffer to do the same thing. I returned it and will not be getting another one. If you want something to just wet dust and surface vac the floors, maybe you'll like it. If you're expecting something to actually clean and are willing to pay for it, this is a total gimmick and will disappoint you.
