This all-in-one multi-surface floor cleaner is light enough for easy use. It ejects a small amount of liquid and then pulls it up leaving the floor almost dry, so dry time is short. Vacuum is strong. I am very pleased. My only disappointment is the scuffs do not come off the floor as I was hoping but I think with continued use they will disappear.

This vacuum is very good, especially for hard flooring. We use it for our hard floors and area rugs and it does a great job. We did have a small plastic piece break off of the roller cover within the first week of use. The only thing we would change is to have a vacuum hose and to make it cordless. Overall we are very pleased with this vacuum.

This thing will clean the messiest tiles with ease. I have two grand daughters and they will make a mess and not tell us. We will find the liquid dried up a few hours later and break this out and the mess is gone in a second. Even after washing the floor with a spong mop it got up so much more dirt!! unbelievable and we would reccommend this to anyone who has tile floors.

Bought a CrossWave and used it a few times. Was nice to use but seemed like cleanup took a lot of effort. Bought a steam floor cleaner but always had to sweep floors before using so returned it and now only use CrossWave. Even if cleanup after using takes a little more time it really is much nicer to be able to clean the floor with only one pass through.

I was surprised on well it clean. Easy to use and store.

I bought this cleaner not knowing what to expect, never having one before. It cleans the floor so well, I will never be without one again. I have also used it on carper and it works well. I love the way it sucks up the water at the same time, leaving the floor to dry quickly. I have tile flooring. I love the way the grout is getting cleaned now.

This vacuum works very well...I thought I kept my floors clean but after using it I got soooo much more dirt up...I was very impressed!!!

The Bissell Cross Wave is very easy to use. Excellent on Tiles and Wood.

The Bissell Crosswave is by far the best product made for cleaning your floors, whether it is wood, tile, or rug. The separate tanks on this product keeps the dirty water separate from your clean water. I was amazed by how well the crosswave cleans. Just by demonstrating to two neighbors, they went out and purchased one. I absolutely love this vacuum and mopper!

I am a mom of 3 boys, a dog, cat and soon a baby girl. Hair everywhere, food crumbs, dirt... this cleaner vacuums and mops in one easy swoop. My floors shine, the water it sucks up is gross. I dump it down the toilet and voila! This has been a life saver. I can't wait to clean!!! Who can truthfully say that. I recommend this to everyone.

This multi surface floor cleaner is a great product. I would have given it 5 stars except if you bump it hard on the wall or baseboard, the brush cover pops loose and makes a loud hissing noise. It does a super job on floors though. It doesn't leave a lot of water lay and dries fairly quick. Great product for the money.

This vacuum does an excellent job of cleaning both hardwood and carpet flooring. Cleaning the unit is a chore, but all in all i give it 4 out of 5 stars.

I think the cleaner does a great job cleaning up the wood, vinyl and tile floors. Picks up all the pet hair and dust. Only thing is it does not clean up stuck on stains very well. It does clean the floor just leaves spots that are sticky. It is also a bit heavy. Other than that it is a great floor cleaner.

I really liked this vacuum and it worked great on my floors. The only problem I had with it was that I had to clean it everytime I used it. I did not have time to do this everyday so I returned it :/ Other than that, it cleaned my floors amazingly!

Dog threw up n we all know usually theres some chunks well it didnt matter with this product!! It sucked up the slimmy puke n also sucked up the solids at same time!! Try it

I've used this vacuum/floor cleaner on both hardwood and area rugs and it works great. The only two complaints are that you cannot get all the way to the edges due to the size of the brush housing, and the cord is shorter than expected. Despite these two issues I still give it 5 stars because it works so well and it's easy to maintain.
