Love that the dirty water goes in a separate tank and only clean water on floor. Makes a dirty job easier and quicker.

I think this machine does an amazing job! I gave it 4 stars because you have to clean the bottom of the machine several times if cleaning the whole home. Dirt and debris sticks to the bottom and squeegee underneath, when this happens streaks and dirt are left behind. Overall I'm happy and plan on keeping it!

This has been wonderful. It makes my floors look perfect. My dogs also played in their water bowl and my floor was flooded, this vacuumed up all of the water in no time. I use this at least 5 times a week. I like how clean it gets my floors. With three dogs this is the best cleaning utensil in the house.

I wish the brush head was thicker so it would clean faster for tougher spots. We have tile floors and in some areas it took multiple passes. I also suggest buying the cord type vacuum cause we had to return the cordless battery version because it drained the battery too fast.

Cleans as promised. Works better with supplied cleaner. It's nice to be able to sweep and wash at the same time. would give 5 stars if there was a way it could get edge to edge cleaning. But I loved that it cuts cleaning time in half.

The CrossWave is awesome! We used a steam cleaner for years, but the CrossWave makes our floors look better than they have looked in years! Truly an amazing innovation. I noticed Shark has come out with a similar product, but I don't know if it is also a wet vac.. The Bissell is just amazing!

It not only picks up sand off the floor it washes the tile with no streaks because it also drys the floor.

I used one at a friend's house, and now I have two, one at the house and one in the motor home. Love them

Didn't think we would use it vacuums and swiffers and mops already but when we put it downstairs by itself it has been awesome the only thing we need down there for every kind of floor and every kind of mess

Got it to wash the floors since got my kitchen remodeled and so the floor was dusty dirty and this cleaner was amazing doing exactly what I need it. I used this couple times after and I love it !!!

This vacuum is great for any spills or even just regular cleaning. Picks everything up and cleans hardwood really well. Only complain would be cleaning the cross wave after use, gets pretty dirty and makes it a pain to clean but at least you know it’s cleaning the floors.

It was great not to have to much to put together on it. And when I used it the first time I couldn't believe how much yuck I had on my hard flooring! And it did wonders for my area rug.

Does a great job on floors. Really gets in and removes the dirt in the cracks of the grout on tiles.

Worked just liked the video showed. Great for cleaning up fresh messes. If it's been there awhile you may still need to use elbow grease or keep the mop over it for an longer than normal time. I have no complaints with this vacuum.

Cross wave is excellent. It picks up pet hair better than my last bissell. I love the cleaner and would recommend it. My floor always looks great. I use it on my tile and hardwood floors. Love it.

Cleans great and picks everything up as advertised. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating is the amount of water left behind. It must be wiped up or steam mopped after using or will leave streaks on my dark tile floor but does a great job cleaning and still worth the trouble

I love not having to use a dirty mop and bucket anymore. It's great that it vacuums while washing the floors. I have only used it on tiled floors and not area rugs yet, but find so far that it does what it claims to.

When I first got this I really loved it, but it is very hard to get a spotless floor using it. It leaves marks when you get to a wall. I would recommend it for extremely dirty floors, but not as impressed using on my luxury vinyl floors.

my wife was really set on this piece of equipment. i wasn't sure about it, but it's great on my hardwood and tile floors. it's not as great on rugs, but it saves the hassle of lugging the vacuum cleaner for light cleaning. for the price, it's a great buy.
