Entire house has wood floors and have two four legged babies that track everything in. Bought this with high hopes of keeping floors clean without using so many of the disposable pads needed for other floor cleaning tool. Met my expectations, use it 3-4 times a week (still use disposable pad tool for quick touchups, spills, etc.). Read reviews that complained of time involved for cleanup of machine after use but I haven't experienced any problem in this area following directions in included booklet.

We have a house on the main floor of all wood floors. Between kids coming and going and two dogs, The floors get pretty messy and gritty All seasons. We use the swiffer for a couple of years, which was adequate. I decided to take a shot and try this product last month, the floors have never looked better. Product can easily clean hard floors and can do a decent job of cleaning throw rugs and area rugs. Gisselle has a wide range of cleaning products that can be used on surfaces, Can help disinfect floors and can clean up wood floor specifically. Easy to break down and clean up.

Omg, one of the best purchases ever. Just moved into a 4200 sq feet house , lots of hardwood. This is light weight and easy to use to vacuum and clean the floors … love it

I love this cleaner which is great on hardwoods and carpet! It helps great because it vacuums and cleans all at the same time! It's easy to use and holds a lot do debris before having to be dumped.

I have 2000 square foot house and this Bissell works great. I like the way you can switch between floor to carpet with just a button on the handle. It works great on both tile and laminate floors and it cleans my area rugs beautifully. I also love how you can use the vacuum to dry the floor faster. The only issue I have is all of my dog's hair gets stuck in the flexible hose at the bottom of the unit and I have to clean it out, other than that this machine is a dream. If you want completely streak free floors I would get the wood floor head since the other one has hard bristles with the soft fibers. Enjoy.

I was really impressed the first time I used it and my 4 yr old labrador who suffers from anxiety didn't seem to be bothered by the sound of it which was a plus. I clean my floors everyday given the amount of traffic from my 3 kids, 2 dogs and 2 adults. I liked it so much I used it for 2 weeks straight but I noticed my wrists started to hurt even though I take turns with each hand and they start cracking. Now I use it every other day or every 2 days. I just used my spin mop just yesterday and was amazed how the dirty water was a very light brown color so I know this vacuum its doing it job. I also pass it through my area rugs and it picks up a great deal but it starts to smell (dogs hair/water no good). I rinse all the parts with dawn and the odor dissappears. I love it but given the wrist pain its giving me I give it 3 stars. I'd like to get a lighter vacuum with the same duty quality as this one in the future.

We gave a mini golden doodle so the machine gets plenty of us. We used other cleaner in the past this one is far superior.

Ease of use is big. Does the job well on bith fliirs and rugs

I purchased the Bissell crosswise pet pro due to having a dog, and 2 toddlers and could NEVER keep my floors clean no matter what I did! This definately is a game changer! So quick, easy, and no harsh chemicals!

I have always been a Dyson lover but hated the vacuum then moping. This is amazing and saves time. It also has been getting in the grooves of my tile and looks so much cleaner.

I have only used on all floors once but was pleased with the cleaning power and the results. I have a German Shepherd and a Boxer so being able to vacuum and clean the area rugs at the same time is awesome!!

We have 2 dogs who shed year round. The PetPro takes care of many cleaning chores very well. I can vacuum the carpet and the tile floor and the mop the floor with the same lightweight tool.

I use this item weekly for cat hair and it does the job. But be warned this item does tend to ware easily as Ive had to replace it recently but overall it is a good product and i recommend it for animal hair espically.

Greats claeaner. So easy to use and install. Great for pets lovers. just by pressing a button you can change to clean different type of floor. you save cleaning time because you can sweep and map at the same time.

It works good, but could be better. The shampoo trigger is easily activated unknowingly while vacuuming, which is a problem. It would also be nice to have a hand held option to pull out for tight spots. I wish the shampoo would disburse across the entire roller and not just the sides. I do recommend it. Being able to sweep and shampoo at the same time is amazing and allows me to keep the floors cleaner...which means no smelly pet oders!

I recently installed laminate flooring and have a German Shepherd (German Shedder,) a Great Dane, and a very fluffy cat. As you can imagine, especially in the spring, I have A LOT of fur on my floors. I was spending hours a day just on sweeping and mopping every morning. This machine is definitely worth the money. It sweeps and mops at the same time and gets all of the fur up, not to mention the muddy paw prints that get tracked throughout my house in the wet spring. It gets it up easily. The only complaint that I have is that it’s a pain to take apart and clean after each use. However, it’s worth it. Would definitely purchase again.
