I recently installed laminate flooring and have a German Shepherd (German Shedder,) a Great Dane, and a very fluffy cat. As you can imagine, especially in the spring, I have A LOT of fur on my floors. I was spending hours a day just on sweeping and mopping every morning. This machine is definitely worth the money. It sweeps and mops at the same time and gets all of the fur up, not to mention the muddy paw prints that get tracked throughout my house in the wet spring. It gets it up easily. The only complaint that I have is that it’s a pain to take apart and clean after each use. However, it’s worth it. Would definitely purchase again.

Totally the best, helps clean a lot faster. Takes care of hair with no problem. The best part is the small basket topick up hair and debris from the water tank.

Really cool futuristic looking mlp vacuum. Used it to clean 100% hand tufted cotton area rug. Did a great job! Mopped the floors with it a few different times. Made sure to clean everything in between cycles and change the water frequently. Can't see myself keeping it since it didn't wow me with it cleaned the LVP hard flooring. Clean but not as clean as a traditional mop and two bucket method.

Love this product! It picks up pet hair on all surfaces and keeps the carpets clean and odor free. Highly recommend.

I purchased this Crosswave to spot clean my carpets. I currently have tile and carpet however plan to replace carpet with hardwood in the future making this product perfect for me. I was initially skeptical about the product's efficacy. Surprisingly the dirty spots cleared up nice. I will admit I went over the spots twice, I waited one hour in between each application. I read the reviews regarding the extensive cleaning process of the plastic containers, honestly it's not that big of a deal. I pulled apart all the removable plastic pieces, washed them, dried them a little and let them completely dry out overnight... easy peasy.

The Bissell CrossWave Pet Pro Cleaner is a great product. It delivers on cleaning hard surface floors and area rugs with an efficient and thorough cleaning. I have 3 pets and I am so happy I bought it. It saves me time and keeps my floors looking great ! Awesome purchase !

We purchased this Bissell Pet Pro because we have two dogs that like to bring in mud from the outside. We are very pleased with the performance of the multisurface cleaner vacuum. It's easy to cleanup after uses. We haven't had any huge messes to cleanup but for our purposes, it works well.

This carpet cleaner was so easy to set up and start. It is so light and maneuvers so well! Great clean

Best for floors with pets, the ease of use is better then any other. Quick setup, quick fill up, and it covers allot of area without refilling. This is the 2nd unit we owned, first one was about 5yrs old and was used so much it finally gave out. Didnt hesitate at buying another one

I got this because I didn’t feel like the swifter was getting the floor clean enough. This is a great value and cleans well. The only downside is that you can’t get super close to some edges with the design of the head. Does a fantastic job otherwise and still recommend.

This is amazing! I recommend if you have pets. It is so easy to clean once your done with it. Cleans the floors thoroughly and refreshes the house. Definitely worth the money.

Love this device, it would be awesome if there was a steam option or blue light but otherwise love this being able to mop and vacuum with one device. it does leave streak marks on the hardwood but I walk behind with a towel under my feet and that works
