This is way easier than grabbing a broom and mop. Makes my floors shine and easy to use.

After three Hoover Floor Mates I finally decided to switch brands. This Bissell Cross Wave Pet Pro is awesome! Does an excellent job on our hard floors and leaves them clean and dry. We don’t have area rugs, but tried it on a stubborn pet stain on our wall-to-wall carpet and the stain is completely gone. Also beautifully cleaned a high traffic area! So delighted with this purchase. Deserves more than five stars!

Love this device, it would be awesome if there was a steam option or blue light but otherwise love this being able to mop and vacuum with one device. it does leave streak marks on the hardwood but I walk behind with a towel under my feet and that works

this machine saved my time and works very well. I have three big dogs and one of them is a shepherd mix that sheds a lot. It’s kind of pricey but for me it was worth.

Great multi-surfaces cleaner. Just with a bottom you can change the way to clean. Great for pets hair. it helps you save time because you can sweep and map at the same time

great purchase! Exactly what I needed. I'm disabled from a car accident and cleaning my floor was impossible for me unless I hired someone else to do it. Coming from someone either a new puppy in the house, this vacuum mop is s lifesaver! Easy to use and amazing east comes off the floor!

I'm on 2 acres and have 2 pitties. After I swept the floor it never looked like I did anything. Bought this for a Christmas present to me and so happy I did. I can vaccum and mop in 30min. Seeing how much was picked up after cleaning the machine makes me never want to use a regular vaccum and mop again and I have a Shark also. Only downside is taking apart and cleaning every nook and craney afterwards

Tile floors LOVE this Bissell! It is so easy to use and with pets it makes keeping the floors clean a breeze.

This vacuum works perfectly! It has a very strong suction and cleans up all the mess. It also works very good on wood floors.

Cleans real good. Leaves my floors really clean an it's really easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone who has dirty floors. It would clean them really quick.

Cleans floors nicely with having a dog that sheds constantly. And emptying the container and cleaning it isn’t difficult.

It sucks up dirt and dog hair. Its quick and easy. No complaints, no real problems, works well, does what it says it does.

Mopping has become less of a chore. The only downside is the cord might be annoying to have to mop with and based on convience of an outlet but dies t change the fact its a 5 star product

This vaccum/mop is a life saver! I have 6 kids 1 dog and chronic pain. My back hurts trying to mop and sweep the old fashioned way. I was a bit skeptical about this Bissell because I believe if its not done the original way it will not get done right. Well, I was wrong LOL. Its better than the original way. It vaccums EVERYTHING up while it mops and dries it. If you have a home more than 1,000 square footage then this one is perfect. If you have less than what I mentioned then u can get the cordless one.
