Love this! It cleans so much better than a mop and without the mess of mopping! Cleaner than a swiffer too! ONLY negative is it doesn't get the edges or corners really at all, you have to do those by hand, not a big deal if you are ok with that. I use a Swiffer on edges and corners and this on the rest of the floor. It gets grout lines really good, a deep clean!

Got this as a birthday gift for my wife per her request. It has now been 28 days and she has not stopped using it. Downside is we had to get a second mortgage to afford the cleaning solution as she will not stop using it. Ive also caught her deliberately spilling pasta sauce on the floors so she can have an excuse to clean. Next year I'm getting her flowers for sure.

Excellent suctioning power for a small size and very versatile in its maneuverability... the added features of bissel rolls, solution bottle, and easy instruction makes it very user friendly, convenient and efficient; especially under the stressors of today! I have to use mine several times a day since I have two dogs and one of them being a bug puppy!!! And it has saved me hours of manual time that it would take to clean without that bissel wet vacuum

Cleaned better than expected. Does well picking up large and fine dirt leaving my floors squeaky clean. I have a large area of hard floors that usually hurts my back after just 1/3 of the cleaning. I was able to do all floors from one end of the house to the other with zero back pain and perfectly clean floors!

I got this so I could clean my braided rugs. I have used it and it was easy to use, not too heavy and got a lot of dirt up! I am glad I got this cleaner!

This is amazing for wood & tile floors! I use it multiple times a week and it’s so great to not have to vacuum then mop! I can do it all at once!

We have had the chance to use this item on one of our larger area rugs. The rug had gotten very dirty. This item did the trick on cleaning the rug. We were amazed at the difference it made. It does very well on dry vacuuming as well.

Great vacuum and floor cleaner. We got it to clean up after our dogs and we couldn't be happier. Its has a combo effect that is great for the price.

It appears to vacuum and mop well. It is a bit early to tell if it will maintain this level of cleaning as it has been less than one month since it was purchased. It is easy to use and important to follow the instructions that comes this product but it picks up pet hair great.

This product is lightweight and easy to manuever and that is the only reason i am giving it a 2 star. We have only had this product since February and used it once for the mop which is good, but the vacuum is not that great. I wish we would have just returned it early on.

The Crosswave does a good job mopping and sweeping especially with pet hair. I do have to mop with a regular mop every once in a while to really deep clean the floor though. Overall good product.

Awesome vacuum, easy to use and cleaning is easy as it separates the dog hair from the liquid.

It overall cleans well. My tile has a lot of grooves and can be a pain to clean. Overall it did a good job, just not as well as I was hoping. Works great on my smooth tiles in the bathrooms.

I have a cat and two small dogs. I needed this vacuum, and it lives up to its name. I love the fact that I can not only dry vacuum, but also wet vacuum. It does a fantastic job of cleaning. The only problem I have is that due to small hands I really have difficulty prying open the cover over the brush on the bottom in order to clean it and/or insert another. I high recommend the Bissell brand of cleaning formulas when using this vacuum.

Leaves hard floors clean enough to eat off of, easy to use and very light weight but not fragile.

I bought this because a friend told me how much he loved his. I have to say I agree, it you think you have clean floor, this will let you know they weren’t as clean as you thought. Nothing against the machine itself, but I wish Bissell made a roller with more scrubbing brushes. That doesn’t keep me from recommending it to others though. As long as this will provide a few years of good service, it’s highly recommended.

It is easy to use and can clean the floor nicely; the cleanup of the machine is a bit more work.

Highly recommend this product for anyone looking for the all in one vaccume and mop at the same time. It works very well on tile as well as carpet. It may not be able to handle a huge job but for the every day high traffic areas or picking up after a messy 3 year old, this is PERFECT! AND you dont have to brake your back scrubbing everyday messes when you can plug it in and go!! Yay!! Finely!
