If your looking for a small wet/dry vac to clean hardwood floors or a occasional rug you found the right machine! If you have any pets this is it! This thing eats hair and dust! I was amassed at what this picked up. The Wheels could be a bit better but for what this can do i wont complain i still love it!

Very easy to assemble and use. Did a good job on our much used kitchen floor. Would recommend for pet friendly homes.

Very happy with this Crosswave for our house that's mainly hardwood floors, vinyl plank, tile, and some areas rugs. Being able to clean up and mop at once is nice, and it's fairly easy to clean and maintain as well

This is a must have if you have pets. Easily vacuums and cleans the floors. My floors are spotless when I use the cross wave.

This is a total game changer! My least favorite chore was vacuuming and mopping my floors, and this gets it done in half the time and takes way less energy. My floors have never looked better! I was very impressed with the scrubbing power as it easily picked up caked on messes left by my toddler. I was worried the cleaner would leave a residue or film, but it doesn’t at all. This is honestly one of my all time favorite purchases.

Great machine floor are super clean. I did the floors before the carpet. On carpet it is a little hard to push. It works great !

I love the versatility of this product. I have used it for some pretty heavy traffic areas on hard surfaces and carpet and it has done a great job. I wish I had gotten the cordless version but not sure how long the battery would have worked for me.

Bought this because our senior dog sometimes makes a mess. How did I manage before without this? No more bending over or on my hands and knees. Cleans so well and also dries the area. Best cleaner ever.

I have all hardwood floors with a few area rugs downstairs in my home and 2 dogs that shed constantly. It used to take me 4 hours to vacuum and mop but with the bissell crosswave it only takes me an hour. I highly recommend anyone with a large area of hard floors in their house to go purchase one of these because the time it cuts down on cleaning is completely worth the cost. Its already paid for itself in my opinion.

I love this product I don’t have time to vacuum and mop I have 3 kids one disabled 5 dogs and I live in the country so dirt all the time I can vacuum and mop at the same time and omg I will buy this all the time
