Very easy to use. Wished it would have cleaned the floor a little better.

I thought my floors were clean using the steamer. NOT!!! This saves me so much time. I can vacuum and mop all in one and my floors are 100%clean. I am not spreading the germs and gook around I am actually removing it from my floors. So worth the money. No more renting carpet cleaners this does it all!!! Could not be happier.

With pets, I'm constantly cleaning my floors. Would have to vacuum and then go over same space again with mop. This Bissell CrossWave cut my cleaning time in half. Not crazy with how to maintain the equipment though.

Excelent machine. Light weight, pivots easly, very long cord. Does not reach the edges and water dispenser and dirty water container are small and need to be refillex/emptied often.

This vaccine has been amazing. Better than many products I’ve gotten. Easy to clean and cleans up pet messes great. Don’t regret this but at all. Still works perfect

I love it in the wet suction function, but just as a vacuum it doesn't pick up well, it just throws the dirt and crumbs all over. Cleans very well with the Bissell cleaning fluid!

This is made for hard floors and area rugs but I use it for all my floors. It spot cleans carpet better than any other machine I have used. Like it better than my carpet cleaner. For my kitchen tile it takes a little longer but I am not cleaning pads or wringing mops so I can add 10 min to cleaning time. The crosswave itself is a breeze to clean

We have all hard floors and pets. This cleaner has made cleaning up messes and pet hair so easy I loved it! The included cleaning tray makes keeping the brush and machine easy and quick. Definitely worth the money

I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. 2 of my dogs are seniors and there are quite a few accidents in the house at the point. I have tile and terrazzo flooring and The Crosswave Pet Pro makes clean up a snap! And I love that the parts are so easy to take on and off for cleaning!! I highly recommend this product!!

This is a must have for pet owners with hardwood floors. We used to vacuum and mop separately, which turns into a half day project in our house. This allows us to do both at once and cuts chore time in half. We have multiple pets and this has been extremely helpful in cleaning up after them

I love this floor cleaner! I use it on hard surface floors only and cleans beautifully! I am an OCD cleaner and swiffered then used my Bissell and was shocked at how muddy the water was. Bought the pet pro not because I have pets but because it was purple, my favorite color.

I have a small place with floors that are 2 thirds bare floor and 1 third area rug—and this thing is perfect. The size and shape make it feel like a vacuum cleaner, so one must remember to slow down the pushing and pulling. It’s also easy to clean.
