This has been by far the best purchase I've made. I work all day , kida have sports and club etc plus the regular home routines and this dual vacuum/ mop has made it so quick and easy for me to clean our house hardwood floors

This machine is a life saver! My dogs and grandchildren are forever making messes that use to take me hours to clean up! Now, one swipe and it vacuums and mops! I would recommend this to everyone!

I really like it. It’s easy to use. Doesn’t do the best on stuck on stuff though. You have to keep going over it

Works well. Have hard wood flooring. And this works at cleaning with 3 double coated sheaders. We have 6 dogs and 2 cats and after cleaning the floors is super easy bow with this Bissell.

Love this! It picks up great. I have a dog that makes a mess while eating and this is perfect clean up for that on my kitchen tiled floors. It also works great on carpet for spot cleaning or even just the give the carpet a fresh clean look.

Works great. It really gets all of the cat hair up off of the floor. It cleans up the floor and gets some stains up nicely.

We have 3 dogs and 2 cats so we definitely needed something that would make mopping easier. This has definitely made my life easier. I now look for any reason to mop. Told my sister about it and showed her the before and after pics. She bought her own as well. Buy it!

Overall this has changed my life when it comes to accidents. I have 4 dogs! It does kind of leave a little streaky after the first use but just need to clean the brushes well

Awesome machine. Vacuum and cleans floors simultaneously. Far better than mopping the floor which basically spreads dirt across the floor. Could not believe how much dirt was in the picked up in the waste water. Machine cleans up easily after job is complete.

I was very skeptical at first as a vacuum and mop but it really works great especially since I have a lot of dogs shedding all over the place. Works good and saves time.

This is my 2nd Bissell - I have 4 dogs - uggh - However, this cleaner makes my life so much easier. The only thing I wish it did was get closer to the edge of the wall but I guess that helps prevent the walls and trim from getting moist. I use this at least once a week and keeps my house smelling like I have no dogs! Love it!

We LOVE this vacuum cleaner. It works best if you clean it every time, which can be a bit of an annoyance, hence the 4 instead of 5 stars BUT we’d buy it again in a heartbeat

I have hardwood and tile floors in my home. The bissell cleans well and does not leave streaks like Ive read in some reviews. The only down side is after you are done cleaning it is a little bit of a process to take it apart to clean it properly. I would recommend.

It’s super easy to use. The full tank lasted a full size kitchen (open concept), living room and a hallway. The filter inside the container for pet hair did retain a lot of extra fuzz. It definitely saved my back from pain the next day like previous hand mopping.

Cleans very well in short time Happy I have this as saves time plus make floor clean as I used steamer for one year and that rubbed the dust on floor not cleaning it completely

I have all hardwood, tile, and area rugs; this works amazingly on all of them. My robovac sweeps daily and I bust this bad boy out once a week to clean and deodorize everything. Easy to clean, floors dry super quickly. Absolutely love it.
