Makes cleaning my vinyl floors so easy! Was concerned about some of the reviews that said clean up was rough but I have found clean up easy just takes about 10 minutes. To me that is easy when it cuts cleaning floors in half.

I have 2 dobermans that always bring dirt into the house. You’d NEVER know. This machine leaves my house smelling soo good and clean!!

It’s awesome and easy to use. It doesn’t clean as well as my carpet cleaner, but it’s also way easier to get out and clean so it kind of evens out.

It is one of the best All In One multi surface cleaning machines I ever used!! I it so easy to use and very easy clean up after each use. I talked two friends into buying one also and they love theirs too.

It does a good job mopping the floor. Light weight and easy to use . Like the option to clean the brush after use. Only down side would be to vaccination the floor before using.

Cleans pretty good. Only problem i have is cleaning it after i clean my floors.

This makes me so happy, I cannot even begin to tell you. First and foremost, i LOVE a good appliance. Secondly, this keeps me from having to do twice the work by vacuuming and mopping at the same time! In essence, this is the lazy tool for a girl who likes ALL THE THINGS. I also love that it comes with an additional roller so that you can always have a clean roller handy. If you love clean floors but HATE mopping, this is the tool for you.

I used to have to first, sweep the floor then mop the floor. And we have a LOT of tile!! This is a one and done! The CrossWave vacuums AND mops at the same time!! GREAT IDEA!!!! LOVE it!!!

All I can say is Thank goodness for this thing. My dogs make cleaning the floors a frequent event. This Bissel makes it easy and reduces the time it takes to keep things clean.

Cleans floor and area rugs pretty good. Even cleaned my shag rug & vacuumed up a lot of dog hair too.

We needed a multi-surface cleaner that can handle two cats and a dog on hardwood floors and couple small carpeted rooms. After using the cleaner only once, and running it through the self-cleaning tray, we noticed a pet odor the next time we turned it on. We then took apart all detachments and cleaned by hand but the odor has still persisted on further usage. We since opted for vacuuming any carpets or rugs throughly first and then using the cleaner, as the pet hair that gets into the unit may be responsible for the lingering smell.

2 dogs, a wife, a messy husband are no match for the cleaning power of the crosswave. Seriously, I fight with my wife on who gets to do the floors now since every other cleaning task is a chore.
