Does as advertised. Cleans very well on both hardwood and vinyl flooring.

Wishes have been granted with the release of this vacuum/broom/mop. Even removes dried messes!

This mop/vacuum combo was amazing! I will say though that if your dog sheds A LOT that it may not work like you expect it to. Also, there’s a lot of steps to using this that I feel like may be a little too much. I was hoping it would be something simple and time saving but I found just sweeping & mopping took less time with everything you have to do to prep it for the next use.

Bought this for my daughter, who has two large dogs, for Christmas. It does a fantastic job in picking up pet hairs and also cleaning her carpet, rugs and tile floors.

I was a little sceptical at first, but I know being a bissell it would live up to it's name. It did a great job. I am so happy I purchased this item. It is easy to use and clean. I love it and recommend it 100%

Really impressed with first use on an area rug and also stone tiles. Easy to use. Store it in the basement.

I love the Crosswave. It is such a timesaver because you can vacuum and mop your dollars at the same time. I find it a tad bit hard to maneuver in some places but overall it is definitely worth the money.

I wasn’t sure if this would handle both the loose dog hair and clean the floors at the same time but I was very surprised at how well it worked. I just had to learn how much product to put on the floor and not have either too little or too much.

I have a dog and a cat and this was exactly what I was looking for to use on my hardwood and tile floors. Easy to use and gets it done!

This little machine works wonderfully. It cleans up mud, food, general cleaning of a large hardwood floor and also is capable of “refreshing” a carpeted surface too.

Bought this as a gift to my daughter. She loved it after immediately using it the day after I gave it to her. Having three dogs, she really needed something to help her keep her floors clean.

If you have pets this is must. I am a clean freak and keep my house clean but wanted something to help. I got this and absolutely love it! Easy to use and easy to clean up after use! Again, a pet owner must!

Love this vacuum. Vacuums up everything and mops at the same time. Dropped a couple of eggs on the floor, it sucked them up and left no mess. I didnt even have to clean the brush. It cleaned its self.

I bought it for hardwood floors. Recommended by family member. So far it’s seems to clean great. But it’s a bit to clean it after use.

This does a decent job, but it gets clogged easily and the one filter has a mildew smell after only 2 uses. I tried to dry it out really well and clean it but it still stinks.

Love love love! This one is much more powerful that cordless one. It does an amazing job in my site finished hardwoods! Also it do go over my area rugs and holy dog hair! Must must buy!

Does a decent job. Not the best, but works on most surfaces. We have deeper tiles in one of the rooms, and it struggles with sucking up water on the deeper grout lines
