Works great with our 4 dogs! We have had this for over a year!

This is just a great appliance to have. I have cats and dogs it makes clean up fadt ang easy.

this vaccum/carpet cleaner is the balm. I have not found anything like it. i used the bissell pet steamer for years but it never cleaned my porcelain tile. this cleaner cleans well and stores well. love it

I've used all over the house it cleans the floor very well. I use it because I have a dog that make a mess and dont have run and get the mop. Just plug it up and away goes the mess

It cleans very well and shampoos the carpet strong n leaves it clean.

I love this machine! It cuts my work in half- vacuums and mops. My floors look great - I have 14 fur babies and this machine helps keep my home looking and smelling great.

Great machine for a good price. It definitely helps clean the floors and all of my small rugs. The only issue with this machine is it takes a lot more time to break it down and let everything dry, and the cord is always in the way, so I wish I would have gotten the cordless new one but that one is even more expensive! Besides that I love this cleaner, it makes everything look clean and smell fresh after using.

With 3 dogs in the house, they can bring in dirt, leaves, and make a mess at feeding. Clean up with the Crosswave is a snap.

Loving it so far! I thought the machine itself would be annoying to clean but it’s honestly not bad at all. I’m always shocked by how dirty the water gets.

Use on tile throughout the house. Great results and simple to use. We like how small it is compared to an old floor cleaner we had.

Bought the original crosswave which I really liked but pet hair would clog it very quickly. That doesn't happen with this version. Very satisfied.

Makes cleaning the house alot faster. Does a great job on hardwood floors and small area rugs. *** Clean and rinse out the device after every use!

I thought this was such a great idea but I didn’t want to pay the extra money for the brush cleaner. Unfortunately without that the base gets pretty dirty and gross. Not sure how the cleaning base works. But I wish it just came with that standard and was priced better. That said it picks up dirt and cleans well. There is a strange smell that I haven’t figured out. But it is a cool idea.

Great product, does what it says!! Got tired of mopping so we got this and it's been amazing being able to clean the floors and the area rug all in one shot!

Its a good product but could come with better directions for using it.
