I bought the cross wave to clean my apartment and so far it’s worked amazingly! I personally think it’s quieter than traditional vacuums. It’s really easy to use and it cuts my cleaning time in half! My floors and rooms smell so good after I mop with the cleaning solution it comes with. It also works really well as just a vacuum. I was able to vacuum and mop up cat litter easily. It also removed some solid gunk off my floor after a few passes which is great because I couldn’t do that with a mop unless I scraped it off. The rotation of the vacuum/mop “head” is also great! I’m able to make sharp turns with minimal force and effort. Cleaning it is easy too and the stand it comes with is convenient for storage and cleaning. Love this!

I had next to no carpets in my house only hardwood floors and tile in the bathroom and this machine does a tremendous job at making the cleaning of these floors a 1-step process now instead of an all night long multistep process and u can add different chemicals in the sprayer depending on what you trying to achieve which is also very convenient but this Bissell machine thoroughly surprised me with how well it works and ease in use and how easy it is to clean up after. If you are struggling to keep solid floors clean (I haven't tried it on carpets yet but the suction is very good it easily sucks up and deals with loose change) then this is the machine for you!

I used to have the Hoover Floor mate, the deluxe as well. But you had to sweep before you washed floors. This thing is quick, doesn't create dust from sweeping. Super easy to clean, extremely light weight. Must have item if you have pets that shed, track mud in the house. It works great on carpet too. Gets all of the pet hairs out that most vacuums leave behind.It is loud but you get use to the sound.

I picked this up after returning my bissel steam sanitizer. Not only does this actually suction and cut drying time in half, but it also cleans itself! Its super easy to use, im obsessed! Cant wait to see how it does on the area rug! I will say that it doesnt fit into every crevice, but i just went back over missed spots with a rag.

I have all solid surface flooring so this is a Godsend - It can be used just as a vacuum or to scrub the floor. The floor always looks great and since it is a wet vac, the floor drys very quickly. It picks up loose pet food, pet hair and all kinds of debris

It's a really good cleaning tool. Was missing a bottle of solution, they gave me a credit for the discrepancy. Only annoying part is, I probably spend more time taking it apart and cleaning it then I do actually cleaning the floors. Sometimes I almost prefer just to use elbow grease and some towels cause I can just toss those in the laundry and not take apart several pieces to make sure they don't get nasty. But it does work well.

Love this vacuum mop! Works great on hardwood and tile and the separate reservoirs mean you never mop with dirty water. It’s lightweight, easy to clean, and a time saver since it mops and vacuums simultaneously.

This little thing is great. Strong cleaning power in a light weight vacuum.

I already gave one and it is great so I purchased this for my son. Keeps my tile floors and carpet looking great.

I really thought my floors were clean but after getting the pet pro by bissell I was wrong. I love how easy you can mop and vacuum all in one pass. It really does pick up everything especially cat hair.

This gets up all the dirt and pet hair on my hardwood floors and leavss them shining like brand new.

Great tool for cleaning both hard floors and area rugs. I can get the entire job done in way less time than it took sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping. Be aware that cleaning the machine after you’re finished with the floors is important, and takes about 30-45 minutes, including cleaning the brush roller. Worth it in my opinion, to have clean rugs AND floors in one “sweep”.

I got porcelain ceramic “hardwood” look 36” plank flooring installed & was worried about cleaning since the planks are textured with wood-grain patterning & of course grout indentation but I need not have worried because this cleaner is the BOMB! Seriously I’m not excited by cleaning & after readying lots of cleaning reviews & blogs I was sort of regretting my flooring choices based on comments from other people’s challenges with this flooring but ONE comment or mentioned using this vacuum & washing item so I went out & got it & I can’t stop recommending it to everyone now. So quick, so easy, & my floor is so clean (even when my husband dropped turkey grease across the floor on Thanksgiving). I love it!

It cleans well. I love that it cleans multiple surfaces. It has strong suction. My one dilemma with this purchase is that it does not have a wand attachment for cleaning hard to reach places. It is too high to go under counters, so I will still have to use my Swiffer to clean there. Regarding, would l recommend this to a friend. Yes, with the above caveats.

As I have a new puppy who has lots of accidents, this multi-surface cleaner is exactly what I needed. Great for cleaning up spots whether on the floor or the carpet. I also use the Bissell carpet cleaner that has the "instant stain remover" label on it. So far, it has removed any stain that I have encountered - even old ones. Then I use the Bissell CrossWave to wash the carpet. It is also very easy to clean.

I am loving this mop. I've used it a few times now on tile and vinyl flooring. It's light and easy to maneuver. It's super quick to disassemble and rinse off after you use it. I love that it sucks up debris before mopping, and I love that I can use it to dry the floor while mopping. Its only shortcoming is the corners--plan on first scrubbing the corners by hand and then going back with this to get the rest of the floor. A stiff roller brush is sold separately for stubborn dirt - but for every day maintenance the multisurface pet brush is great. I actually *want* to mop my floors now! No more bucket or wringer!

This is my second CrossWave, first Pet Pro version. My first CrossWave lasted two days short of the two year warranty period. It is in the repair shop ready for pickup. I could NOT be without it for the 2-3 week repair time because I use the CrossWave at least 3 times a day to clean up tile floors from "liquid" spills and paw tracks from my four dogs. I also use it to clean hardwood floors once a week, and spot clean soiled areas on carpet. In short I use the heck out of my CrossWave! Just the thought of having to go back to using a old fashion mop and bucket make me nauseous and my back to ache. For those interested, the difference between the regular Crosswave and the more expensive Pet Pro version are as follows: color, longer 3-year warranty, supplied with tangle free cleaning roller (available for separate purchase for either model), and the lift out strainer in the Pet Pro version. I would recommend that anyone buying the Crosswave buy the Pet Pro version if they have animals that shed, or floors to clean in bathroom areas where we humans tend to shed. The removable strainer basket catches most of the hair that gets vacuumed up and is easy to lift out of the recovery tank and wipe the hair off of as compared to wiping the hair off of the inside of the recovery tank in the regular CrossWave model without the strainer. Before discovering the CrossWave, I purchased 3 of the less expensive Hoover "Floormate" tile and hardwood floor cleaners that all lasted about one year under my heavy use and did not do quite as good a job at cleaning the floors as the CrossWaves do. The Crosswave will allow you to always have clean shiny tile and hardwood floors. Just buy it!

After I got it together and used it, I was floored. I love that I can go from carpet to hard floor in seconds. Yes, I said carpet. I purchased it because I have a new puppy who was potty training at the time. I have a Bissell spot cleaner, and a LARGE Bissell carpet cleaner I've had for YEARS. It's really just to much for me to use. After reviewing, I decided on this. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and does it's job wonderfully. And of course, Being Purple made it all the better! I would defiantly recommend.

Great product. Works great as a shampooer on carpet and on hardwood. Lightweight and easily transportable. Picks up pet hair with ease.

It is easy to use and does great job cleaning hard floors. It is good with the carpets and cleaning its parts is so easy.
