The suction is powerful and the dirty water tank is nice too. The only thing is sometimes when your still not done some of the dirty water spills out as you are still mopping.

Waste of Money

Not only does it leave streaks all over tile and hardwood, it’s absolutely useless to edge the floor if an area rug is present. I still have to go after and use my swiffer wet jet because it will leave little pools of dirty water next to rugs. Granted, when I empty the chamber the water is disgusting. So it works, somewhat. But I wish I would’ve just bought a steam mop for a third of the price and rented a carpet cleaner. I’ve hated it from the moment I used it the first time. DO NOT BUY.

It would be a perfect 5 star product if they just added a couple features such as a rewind function and an extension hose. I mean for the price how do u not have an extension hose.

Didnt work for me

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I first bought the CrossWave I like the idea of being able to vacuum and mop at the same time, it seemed I would have been saving time but It defiantly did not work too well. I don't like that it leaves streaks on my floors, doesn't pick up all the dirt and having to clean the dispenser and the roller sucks. I don't know if this was just me but I had to constantly replace the filter because I assumed this would keep the mechanism working well, specially when it was wet. so I stop using it too mop. Overall I would not recommend this vacuum to my friends.
