Highly disappointed

Loved it at first until it started making a weird noise and only had it less than a month. It started making the noise after my 3rd use. Attempted to return to the store and also manufacture, fail on both ends. I was passed the 14 days return and the manufacturer said the store had to replace it.

I had a steam mop previously and it finally had it last days, so I'd been shopping and trying out new things. This has to be the best purchase I made! I love that it's more than just steam so I can really see that my floor is getting clean.

You can use almost any floor cleaner with this product. Make sure to maintain the unit with regular filter and brush cleaning/replacement. Best practice is to drain and rinse the collection cup after ANY use. This will keep the unit from developing any odors in the exhaust vents.

Great for a quick mop

It seems to work better on the tile oppose to the laminate in our living areas and by no means is it a deep clean but it does the job. I like my cross-wave however its over priced for the power of the machine.

You can tell straight away that this is a quality vacuum let's do exactly what you want. I was able to do both rooms in my hardwood floors on one tank. Perfect!
