    This is an excellent machine. Works great picking up the pet hair of the jack russell at home. But already experiencing a problem after only 2 months; water won't pick up. Taking it in to Best Buy. May have to revise this review at a later date.

    This does a great job and cleaning hardwood floor and tile. Wish it would clean a little deeper in small cracks. We have white kitchen floors and a dog and doesn't do as good as I was hoping.

    Would not recommend for carpet stains other than small spotty pet damage. Just doesn’t have the umph I thought it would. Needed to use the carpet setting for solteo (spelling?)tile because it’s a tougher surface and not smooth
