100% NOT worth the price. It works okay on tile. But any kind of stuck on ANYTHING especially mud doesn’t come off well. And it only works well on the edges of the brush head where the fluid flows into it. I will say that where it does work, it makes my tile feel very clean. Its just a struggle. As far as rugs go. So far all I can tell is that it gets it damp. It’s way too much money to spend for 1/4 of the quality results.

I thought this was going to be an awesome buy because it’d work so great and I’d be able to cut out using a mop and bucket, but nope. I ended up returning it. Barely sucked up any dirty water. I’d fill the tank and not even a quarter of the water would get sucked up. It basically just wet my floor and carpet.

It is great. Gets up all kinds of dirt and pet hair.

This vacuum worked great. It’s only pitfall is that it did not work exceptionally well as a dry vac. It relies on the fluid to trap all of the debris. I would purchase again based on its versatility.

I was SUPER excited about this. It works well but was a little harder to use than most vacuums I have used in the past. Fun toy but not something I would buy again.

After replacing all the flooring in the house we recognized the need for new cleaning equipment. This cleaner is well suited for the task and is easy to clean-up. We like that is dual mode for both wet and dry floor cleaning and that it will clean area rugs.

Durable and keeps our premium vinyl floors so clean and smelling great specially since we have a mini poodle who sometimes have accidents on the hard floor.

I really love this BISSELL vacuum. I think it does a great job at picking up a lot of old dirt on my floors! Definitely picks up a lot of pet hair as well.

I got this because I have 3 small shedding dogs and 2 cats. My wood floors look like carpet at the end of the day so gross! But this thing really picks the hair up, cleans up wet or dry messes, very strong suction like grab your big extension cord strong! I love this little Dynamo!

Bought one for myself at the beginning of the year and love it. So I wanted to get my mom one for Christmas since she has a very old vacuum. Love it!!

Good vacuum for pet use. Downfall is it doesn’t work on carpeted floors and does an okay job on area rugs. But tile floors, it works great and easy to clean.

finally got my chance to put the crosswave to work. I had to force myself to not sweep the tile before mopping. I vacuumed and mopped the tile floors and a section of my wood floors. then just to play, I did a small section of carpet. the dry and the muddy m water in each section amazed me.

Really like this...was conflicted over another steamer or this I went with this and I do like it but it does take some time if you have dried on spots. And the cleaning of the machine is a hassle but overall good machine.

It’s not as lightweight as it looks. It’s easy to use once you get the hang of dispensing the solution

Great at coaching hardwood especially textured laminate. Gives a nice refresh to carriers AND BI PRETTY HARRY'S GET STUCK IN THE TOILETS they somehow go right into the bin which u just tap out and rinse

Works very well. Finding actual REAL replacement parts is kind of a pain but non-expensive up keep for a very good multipurpose vacuum!
