We have long hair dogs and this works very well. Performs as it should.

This is such a greet buy! If you have pets in your house this will cut your time in half on cleaning the floors.

I bought the first one for my own home and now bought a second one for a rental property. Love that it's two machines in one so it takes up less space. Really like the tray that it comes with to keep the floors from getting wet that is also the dual cleaning tray.

Broke after the second time using it. The motor that spins the brush froze up. I expected better from bissell. I should have bought the extended warranty. I am going to have to spend more to have a service repair company replace the motor. I do have to say the two times we got to use it, it worked really really well. We have LVP flooring and it worked great for that. Only twice though.

I’ve been running behind, at the workshop, this year. My elves just can’t keep up. I had to outsource some of my Christmas gifts, because of the backup. Turned out great! My elves couldn’t have even made a machine as fine as this one. The recipient was VERY happy.

Quality of this product is amazing. Best wet dry vac I’ve purchased for my home. I highly recommend this.

Cleans very well, easy to clean when complete. My dog is afraid of it but its scary clean so.. i get it lol

I still have it to this day. It works. And I won’t be getting rid of it until it gives out on me.

I've honestly only had to use this item a couple of times. The only issue I have is that I'd prefer a larger tank for dirty water

So far so good. Before purchasing this we had to use a mop and double bucket system, one for soap, one to rinse which was a pain to scoot around the floor. Jury is still on on whether this will hold up to pet hair in the long run.

The cleaner works well, but the cleaning function is misleading. It self cleans but you still need to clean the brushes yourself.

It does exactly as it states and do much more. It works well. I have two dogs and there nothing for the cleaner. It vacuums and cleans phenomenally. I have recommended to all my friends and family members that have dogs.

I have tile and hardwood floors. This does a great job and lifts the water.

It works great on hardwood floors! Best vacuum/mop ever! I use on tile and hardwood cleans up little debris that sticks to your feet haha but we love it. gets stickie stuff up with ease have to do a few more passes to help dry but no big deal

I was super excited to use this product but as soon as I installed it and started using it, it broke. The window to the brush kept popping off and was challenging getting it back on.

This item did a really good job cleaning and collecting animal hair. I do think the wireless option would have been more convenient. I still like using it.

I think the Crosswave is a great concept but I'll be returning this item as I don't see myself using this over a standard mop on a regular basis. I bought it based on the youtube videos I watch and I thought I'd give it a try with having 3 kids. But overall it's just not for me and the price is just not worth me keeping it.
