I thinks this is a good buy. Kind of expensive. I’ve only used it once. Now it’s easy to clean and a does seem to do a good job. I don’t know if it’s worth all the money. I have husky’s , so I vacuumed first with the shark. I didn’t want to clog this up with the excessive hair. So I can’t really tell how well the vacuum does on it seems like it cleaned well and picked up some under the couch stains that have been there for a while lol. We had a swifter sweeper that just spread dirt, then we got the basic bissel steam mop that was like $60, and only uses water and a washable mop head. That’s ok. I ended up getting a cheap swifter mop with wet pads you stick to the heads for quick spill pick up. I got this and while I think it’s better than a cheap steam mop, it seems pretty expensive. I’m assuming it’s a better clean with the brush roll and cleaning solution than a regular steam mop so I’ll keep it.

It took me a while to clean but my floor was absolutely disgusting. compared to the tineco, I would totally buy the bissell. When I used the tineco, I would have to scrub small spots because it propels itself and you can’t hold it still over one spot. This one you can hold in place on hard spots so my floor was really dirty with two kids and a dog and I only had to bend down and scrape twice and it was cereal that had dried by milk onto the floor that was stuck. And then it did sort of freak out when I sucked up captain crunch under my table and I had to empty the dirty tank so it would quit making the loud noise. Also the cord is annoying but I definitely wouldn’t have been able to do my whole floor with the battery one! Also the water tank lasts waaaaay longer than the tineco! The only bad thing is it doesn’t self clean, but it’s not terrible to clean it out - takes about two minutes when you’re done. And the brush still looked super clean and brand new when I was done! I emptied some very gross water into my toilet so not sure how the brush was so clean. I will definitely be using this daily or every other day! My kids are always outside with bare feet tracking dirt inside all summer- this will be a lifesaver. I’m also a month away from having a baby and mopping makes my back ache for a few days, and this took zero physical effort on my part, my back is not hurting at all!

It is easy to use and does great job cleaning hard floors. It is good with the carpets and cleaning its parts is so easy.

Works amazingly, havent had any big complaints about a month in. Tackles kid spills without any issue, and cuts down cleaning time. That said, keeping it clean is not difficult, but a little tedious. You have to take it apart and clean the roll and dirty tank or it will quickly turn into a stinky cesspool. The dirty water tank capacity is pretty low, but it is only an issue if youre cleaning a large area, or spilled liquid. Overall, love it. I have not used my steam or tradional mop since i bought it, and only use my broom on the tight spaces under cabinets and in corners.

It is very easy to use and a breeze to put together. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because it clogged pretty quickly from a small area. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats so the floor gets pretty dirty, but I still expected a “pet” vacuum to handle it a little better.

Works ok. Leaves streaks sometimes. Cleans well. Picks up dog hair great!

I honestly can’t live without this machine. Docking it a star just due to durability. I have a 3700 square foot home with hardwood and tile throughout. I also have 2 Saint Bernards and too many dang cats. I also am an ocd clean freak. This machine saves me so much time and effort when I’m cleaning it’s not even funny. It vacuums better than my stain plus I don’t have to mop with dirty water like with a traditional mop and bucket. Virtually everything is good. But there is some bad. I use odoban to clean because I prefer it with the disinfectant qualities (and the soap made for this is hella expensive) so the wood does streak especially if I use too much cleanser. I have to go over drool a few times and it doesn’t get grout very well. It also doesn’t do well with the mop feature if a ton of hair is on the floor, I frequently do a quick once over with a dry mop before use.

Short story, it works better than I expected. I thoroughly swept and mopped my hardwood floors before its first use (we have 3 indoor cats). After the first use, it picked up and cleaned so much left behind, even after sweeping and mopping. Small amounts of cat hair, litter, and food, and tons of dirt. I couldn't believe what I saw. Easy to use. Breakdown, cleanup, and assembly was easy. It was also kind of fun watching my cats freak out!!!

Loves this vacuum mop! Easy to use and clean. The vacuum is better than expected since it is a mopping product. I do only use it for small vacuuming jobs though. The mop is great on my wood and tile and is perfect for cleaning carpets.

Bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas beings she hates cleaning the floors I figured it would make her life a little easier. This thing does an amazing job and take a lot of the hard work out of sweeping and moping the floors. It cleans floors and area rugs with just the push of a button to switch from one to another. It makes “clean” floors look dirty after emptying the catch can. Overall a great machine!

Overall I am happy with this machine. It's nice that it comes with an extra brush and it's pretty easy to clean after using it. It doesn't get in close to the baseboards which is kind of annoying and it's fairly loud

This vacuum is great. It’s smaller than most vacuums and easy to use and move around furniture. The only problem I’ve had is that it gets clogged from time to time. Other than that it’s great! Especially if you have pets!

We have 2 dogs that love to run around and get as dirty as they can. It's a constant struggle keep the wood floors clean, especially with all the rainy weather we've had this year. We bought the Bissell CrossWave several months ago, and it has made our lives much easier. Instead of pulling out the mop bucket or the expensive Swiffer (those pads are NOT cheap), we grab our CrossWave, clean the floors in about 2-3 minutes max, and are back to business as normal. We have only use the area rug cleaning twice so far. It is NOT like a steam cleaner quality clean, but it is perfectly fine for cleaning something like a newly created muddy paw print from one of our rugs. The price is a bit steep, but if you look at the long-term price when comparing this to having to pay $10 per box of Swiffer pads (1 box per week * 52 weeks = $520), this really is not that bad of a deal at all.

This is a lifesaver for homes with children or pets, cleans rugs as well as hard wood and tile. Easy to build, operate and clean. 10 out of 10!!

Extremely pleased with the cleaning level this provides! My floors absolutely shine when I’m finished. Love the easy self cleaning tray, that cleans the mop bar & under the machine when finished. Highly recommend!

An acquaintance suggested I purchase this item since I have pets and tile floors. It is simple to operate and easy to clean and it is amazing how well it cleans the floors. I would recommend it to anyone with pets and hard surface flooring. I have two short-haired dogs and I do usually sweep during the week in between floor cleanings so I don't walk in dog hair but I do not generally sweep before cleaning the floors with the Crosswave.

Love how i can get my floors clean all at once. It sweeps and mops at the same time. I have pets so i need to clean my dloors at least 3 times a week. Just pull it out fill up with soap and water and start cleaning. After i rinse and clean the parts and put it away.
