I have hardwood floors, throw rugs and dogs. This machine in easy to use and does a good job vacuuming and mopping my floors at the same time.

Don't waste your money on this. Very disappointed! First off it doesn't get close to the wall edges and leaves about 1/2 inch that never gets cleaned. No matter what you do it won't clean against the walls. For carpets it doesn't do a good job. All this cleaner is good for is floors and rugs but I have to use a hand mop to get the edges of the walls clean. It wont clean in the corners either. If your looking for a good carpet cleaner go with BISSELL - BISSELL® TurboClean™ PowerBrush Pet Deep Cleaner - Electric Green which will clean your carpets good.

I bought this item with hopes to cut my cleaning time in half. I have a husky/heeled mix and a border collie/pit/boxer mix. I swept my floors prior to trying this machine. I have vinyl plank flooring and this machine left streaks and did NOT clean my floors even after 3 passes. This machine make work for some but definitely not for me. I did return this machine. Please do lots of research and read ALL the reviews.

Love the cleaning action but don’t like all the little components of the machine that need cleaning after each use.

I returned mine after one week. It’s way too loud for me.

Good product--not good for small messes as you have to take everything apart to clean after.

My favorite thing in the house. Messes and spills get cleaned up so quickly and efficiently. I love this vacuum it’s Amazing !

It leaves streaks super bad and left some nicks in my flooring. The only thing it’s good for is scrubbing off some hard stuff on the floor but tbh it sucks and I wouldn’t purchase it again.

Works well on my kitchen floors. I will be using it to mop my whole house!!

I love my Pet Pro between my pets and the cute little old man that lives here it has learned to fit in my right hand very well. It is my right-hand tool.

This is not as easy to use as the videos say. Cleaning up nasty things, you will have to change the mop heads out, other wise I feel like I’m smearing things.

I like it come with two brushes its very powerfull and works well on the tile

This is a nifty little vacuum mop. I love the concept but the execution sucks. Cleaning it after every use is so gross. And the battery doesn’t last long to boot. I got the Bisswell cordless spinwave instead. At least when I’m done using that I can throw the pads in the washer and not deal with rinsing the whole machine out.

I really wanted to like this. I have a short-hair chihuahua so she doesn’t shed much but decided on the pet version for this reason. It does pick up stuff on the ground fairly easily but the mopping doesn’t clean well. I had a $100 s h @ r k steam mop from Target I used to use. I steamed over the floors after using this to see if it would pick anything up. The heads came back dirtier than they’ve ever been and I was shocked since this has so many good reviews and came highly recommended by a few nurses I work with. It’s also a little heavy so if you have wrist/shoulder problems, you’ll also feel it.

It is a bit of a pain to clean and maintain but it does get the job done. Wish it had a better time on hard surfaces but it can be used on them.

Not a bad product. It did stop working but when it worked it cleaned good. To much carpet for this product.

Pretty expensive vacuum but its great as a two in 1. The only issue is the parts and replacement, im constantly having to figure out what needs to be replaced as the vacuum tends to leak
