Does a great job. Really like the ability to do multiple floor coverings with out changing machines.

I'm sure this product is fine if you want to sweep, mop, and then use it. However, I did this: I vacuumed, emptied the container, checked that there wasn't any pet hair stuck in the container (as it does on any vacuum), and then went back over my hard floors with the cleaner in this. It was a disaster. Many of the parts are removable, but they were covered in caked pet hair and a cakey, stubborn mud from the fine dust that had been vacuumed off my floors. I spent longer cleaning out the flexible hose inside the swivel (which is not designed for accessibility) than I would have spent if I'd gone over the floors on hands and knees with a rag. It was full of that same mud and caked pet hair. (If you're wondering what type of dust this is; I'm in the Midland-Odessa area.) How is this a *pet* pro device again? I kind of think Bissell should recall all of these and issue an apology. I wonder if anyone leaving a positive review has had theirs long enough to clog up the flexible hose in the swivel yet...

We paid a lot of money for this vacuum at my wife’s pushing. She thought it was the best as did I from reviews. It does not clean deep like we thought and the clean up is difficult. My wife, well let’s say I put it together after it’s cleaned. For the money I would have hoped for a deeper clean and easy disassemble.

Favorite vaccuum so far! I used to own the wireless one and honestly, it wasn't worth the "convenience".

OK...small filter area that gets topped up easily. No motorized drive system...no hose attachments. We will keep and use in office but will end up buying another type for home use

It works very well. Just remember to squeeze handle going forward and release trigger on your way back. Took me some time to learn that.

Wifey says she likes it. So I guess it's good to go.

It’s a good vacuum cleaner but come with hassle if you want to keep it clean. It works for daily dry vacuum but I prefer the old bissell symphony which was better then this.

I thought my floors were clean before, but the amount of dirty water I get now is amazing. I feel so much better about the cleanliness of our home!

The machine itself is okay, but the quality you get from this is terrible. It takes multiple passes to get something cleaned. My $60 steam mop does a better job than this thing. Definitely not worth the price tag.

I bought this a week ago and my fiancé has used it about 10 times so far. General clean up, mud from the dogs, spills, this thing does it all.

Excellent for hard floors and area rugs. Left an amazing clean feeling on the hard floors and cleaned the area rugs very good!

The BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro All- in-One Multi-Surface Cleaner is a great product and super easy to use.

This appliance is just ok. It takes longer to use this surface cleaner than it would take to get the mop and get it over with.

great. my old one sprung a leak but the new one is fantastic and i love it on my floors. i just wish it was more flexible.
