Absolutely love this !!! I mop very often and the diet this picks up is unbelievable.... would definitely buy again !!!!

Tile kitchen floor, there is a little area where a couple of tiles a just a bit higher. I was using in a vaccuum type motion using wet brush feature. All of a sudden the power sound became a different pitch and much louder and the brush had stopped right after I went over a 1/4 inch difference in tile. I ordered this for a new home out of state which I just moved to over the weekend. First time using it was yesterday May 25. Since I was not here yet, I missed the return time. I want to exchange it to see if it is truly defective over slightly uneven tile.

Please with the lightweight scrubber that cleans great

If you have smooth floors, I think this will work well. However mine are textured and it just doesn't get down there. Also this does not steam or heat the solution, so for my case, a steamer vac would likely work better and is in the same price range.

Bissel Crosswave is working out great! Works on every type of floor in my house.

I _love_ this product except this is my 3rd one in 2 years. The first one stopped picking up water but still picked up dry dirt from carpet in less than 6 mos. Bissell replaced it free of charge in with a slightly newer version of the same model. That one is still working. I bought a 2nd one to use upstairs and put the replacement for the 1st one downstairs. This one is now 8 mos old, and it too has stopped picking up the dirty water, but this one isn't picking up the dry stuff either. Now I have to lug it back to Best Buy and bring the replacement upstairs bc the cat threw up. Some days it is not fun to be s pet (or an appliance) owner. Other than 2 of 3 machines failing to suck up dirty water after being used just once or twice a month for 6 to 8 months, my only other issue is that it needs some sort of on-board crevice/edge tool or setting bc it does not clean the last inch of the floor so U have to either damp mop or wipe the last inch. Love the concept, love it when it works bc who cares about that last inch of the floor on busy work days anyway, but despite loving it while it works, having 2 of 3 new machines develop the same problem in less than 6-8 mos means something is wrong with these machines on the manufacturer's end. I used only Bissell's Pet Cleaning fluid for this machine and water. I truly hope Bissell can get the issue fixed bc I love it (most of the time), but I had to give it just 1 star. I also hope they figure out an on-board tool that lets U clean that last inch without having to carry a damp mop along with U.

We have 2 dogs and this does a great job picking up dog hair. Cleaning up machine after is easy.

Thought it was rechargable but it is corded. It does better on tile than wood flooring. It leaves some streaks on wood floor glaze.

I love this machine, that cleans and mops as it goes. It dries very quickly.

Works great especially on area rugs to remove stains.

I have to return it. While plugged it turn on and blew out. I was at work came home to my doggies scared of the noise. I unplugged it and when I plugged it to use it, it started smoking.

After reading all of the glowing reviews about the CrossWave, we bought one because we've wanted a vacuum / mop combination cleaner for a long time. Unfortunately, the CrossWave just isn't very good. It can handle light cleaning, but it doesn't work on stubborn stains/dirt. It also leaks dirty water all over the floor, which I read in a few reviews but dismissed as "user error." When you have to get on your hands and knees to clean up after the tool that's designed to help you stay off your hands and knees, it's a dud. I should have returned it, but it would have been a pain to disassembled, package, and return.

Best thing I’ve ever bought for my floors. I’m amazed at how much dirt this thing picks up every time I use it!
