We have 2 dogs that love to run around and get as dirty as they can. It's a constant struggle keep the wood floors clean, especially with all the rainy weather we've had this year. We bought the Bissell CrossWave several months ago, and it has made our lives much easier. Instead of pulling out the mop bucket or the expensive Swiffer (those pads are NOT cheap), we grab our CrossWave, clean the floors in about 2-3 minutes max, and are back to business as normal. We have only use the area rug cleaning twice so far. It is NOT like a steam cleaner quality clean, but it is perfectly fine for cleaning something like a newly created muddy paw print from one of our rugs. The price is a bit steep, but if you look at the long-term price when comparing this to having to pay $10 per box of Swiffer pads (1 box per week * 52 weeks = $520), this really is not that bad of a deal at all.

An acquaintance suggested I purchase this item since I have pets and tile floors. It is simple to operate and easy to clean and it is amazing how well it cleans the floors. I would recommend it to anyone with pets and hard surface flooring. I have two short-haired dogs and I do usually sweep during the week in between floor cleanings so I don't walk in dog hair but I do not generally sweep before cleaning the floors with the Crosswave.

Bissell is a wonderful company & I loved that some of the proceeds of my purchase went to helping animals in need. My red heeler is constantly going in and out and sometimes it is impossible to catch him as he is dashing in and out the door which leaves messes throughout the house. I have multiple surface types of floors and wanted something I could use across the entire house. After doing a lot of research, I landed on this product and it has not disappointed. In fact, it works a little *too* good sometimes. All the dog (and human) hair it picks up - even after I have vacuumed - is impressive!

This was a game changer, allowing me to easily clean and care for our hard floors. My cats are insane and this helped me ensure my floors are looking spotless

I picked this up after a friend told me how fantastic hers was and I have to say this little machine is magical!! Gone are the days of using the dry duster and then following it up with either the wet quick mop or the actual mop and bucket. My main pet peeve are those little wet dust bunnies that get missed in the corners, under cabinets, and near the doorways. Those days are gone!! This worked like a charm in my kitchen, laundry room, and both bathrooms! The cleaning solution smells very pleasant and it removes the water it puts down in just a couple more masses once you release the trigger. I have not tried it on my sealed hardwood floors but for tile, vinyl plank, and laminate this machine is absolutely perfect. I have a large area where I plan to get the carpeting pulled our and replaced by waterproof vinyl flooring and I was concerned about the how much of a pain mopping all of that would be. With the CrossWave Pet Pro in my arsenal I am excited about it again!

I was sceptical at first. But if your looking for all in one this it it. Easy to use and it comes with starter chemical and an extra brush roller. It picks up the pet hair and all the dirt. The only con is the cleaning of the machine at the end of each use, but very difficult

I do not know how I have been without this workhorse of a machine all these years. I have use this machine multiple times and I’m very pleased on the ease of use, the great job in cleaning floors. I often recommend this to friends and family.

Does a good job for a basic quick vacuum/mop combo. Floors smell nice but dirty areas take quite a few applications. Unit feels cheap but is functional. Overall it is a good appliance to have but I think it’s overpriced.

This thing does what it says. It’s one of the best purchases I’ve made in some time. We just moved in to a new build and there’s no grass in our backyard for our dog. Always muddy paw prints every week. This thing picks up and cleans all the muddy prints as well as our dog’s constant shedding all in one. The cleaner even smells great. We are one of three couples I know that bought this product and absolutely love it. If you’re going to choose the original one or the pet version, pick up the pet version even if you don’t have pets. There are a couple add on features that make this product better than the original. Well worth the money. Only down sides to the product is that it doesn’t pick up everything on the first swipe sometimes and cleaning it takes about ten minutes after you’re done. Well worth it if you have our problem because we would be sweeping and mopping anyways. Highly recommend!!

Very light weight and easy to work with. Good with 8X10 area rugs and tiled floors.

4 stars. A lot of money for being a bit under powered. Does it work? Yes, definitely cleans hardwood floors and vacuums up smaller items like dog food, hair, cereal. However this is only good for weekly maintenance. Nothing supplements using a mop or rag with elbow grease. For $200 I’d expect that, but for $150/175 to do weekly maintenance cleaning it would be a must have

I was tired of multiple steam mops going out after a year of use (hard water build up in the heating coil, tubes clogging or becoming brittle and cracking, etc.), so I thought I would change it up. This does a really great job, no streaks left behind...just great looking floors.

Great product. Love the cleaning ability to mop and vacuum at the same time. Quick easy clean up of the vacuum parts after use. A Bit louder than other Bissell products I have but it works like a charm.

we have two huskies, two cats, and mostly hardwood flooring. this has been a gamechanger in our cleaning and household maint. its much easier to grab and use than some of the larger bissels and has more power than our older one (the miniature for spot cleaning)

This thing rocks! Bissell knocks it out of the park again with this floor cleaner. I use mostly Bissell products and this does not disappoint. I would highly recommend this cleaner for ease of use, the ability to self clean and the wonderful end result of sparkling floors. A++++

Worked perfect right out of the box to clean my hard floors and an area rug. Although it picked up the dog hair on the carpet, I would suggest going over first with your regular vac so it doesn't get bogged up in the bissel. I had to empty half way through as our dog sheds a ton. Easy to clean up when your done.

I caved and bought this after being so tired of mopping by hand almost every day. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats of our own with lots of fosters in between and so dirt is constantly being tracked into and around the house. This has made it so much easier to clean the floors every day and I am always stunned at how dirty the water it sucks back into the tank is. I still need to vaccuum with our regular upright first (too much dog hair!) but if you don't have 4-8 animals running around you will be good to use just this!

Cleanest hardwood floors I’ve ever felt in my entire life! No this thing isn’t cheap, yes I thought my wife was crazy for wanting to buy a “vacuum mop”. 100% glad I caved and got her one. We have gorgeous 1950s hardwood floors and this thing is amazing at keeping them squeaky clean!

I have used all sorts of vacuums and washing devises for my floors. They were all just ‘okay’. This machine saves you from vacuuming before washing because it does it all at the same time! My pets leave muddy paw prints, food crumbs, etc on my floors every day - especially the puppy! This machine cleans everything quickly, and the machine itself is easy to clean and store.
