    This was a huge waste of money. Using this, it would leave dirt behind it. I would even sweep/vacuum before hand (which you shouldn’t have to) and it still leaves wet dirt trails. I feel like I have to work twice as hard to get clean floors while using this… what a waste of money.

    I am awaiting some help to move some heavy items that I want to clean around and under the furniture OK I WILL BE HAPPY TO REPORT A BETTER MORE COMPLETE REPORT SOON....AS SOON AS i USE IT.

    I was so excited to get this and use it since I hate mopping. So vacuuming and mopping the floor with one tool sounded amazing. Yes, it does vacuum and you can mop your floors at the same time. However, the problem is it doesn’t put out enough water to do a thorough job and cleaning the machine after each use takes longer than cleaning your floors!! I’m returning this product.

    If you need a carpet cleaner you can get a better one for this price but if you want convenience to hard floors and carpet this is good
