This device only puts out cleaner/solution on the sides therefore you have to go back and forth on one area of the floor numerous times to wash it all. Then you have to go back over it to suck all of the solution back up so it is very time consuming. On top of that, it leaves streaks on the floor (maybe from the wheels). The cleanup is also pretty laborious. I was looking for something that would save time and this definitely wasn't it - I returned it.

Do not recommend. The mop part of the vacuum sucks. The suction is good for spills , I got it mainly to clean after my dog hair and pee accidents. It’s so complicated to clean. Smell gets trapped in the machine. I wish I could still return it.

This cleaner is good for cleaning a spill with debris in it or small spots, but don’t expect it to clean a large area. After the brush is wet, it leaves streaks on my dark flooring.

I have both with the cord and without. This one with the cord seems to have a stronger suction. I love this.

I liked the Symphony Pet steam vacuum. The crosswave is not steam. It just cleans ok, not great. It also does not get the edges of the floor.

Will just stop working after 3 months also the suction is also not very powerful

i liked at first. i missed a day of cleaning the filter got mold and smells badly. it is a great idea the only difference is the filter/hair catcher . it does not work the same as when 1st use

This vacuum is terrible, really disappointed in its performance. It has no suction and gets clog very quickly. Really regret not returning it and getting my money back.

This unit is absolutely garbage. Please do not waste any $$ on this product. It has no cleaning factors. It may vacuum most things - however the mop portion; of there marketing campaign- is a GIMMICK. DO NOT BUY!

Its ok if you are cleaning a room. I would prefer if it was cordless and if it would have a bigger contrainer for the dirty water.

Got rid of it after a month. The mop feature wasn’t functional from one end to the other (streaky). Not to mention it collect smells even after you deep clean all parts.

This machine is awesome for those who have laminate floors. I have laminate flooring with some texture. Two dogs that shed alot. Easy for cleanup. Well worth the investment.

Not very satisfied with this product. It leakys , doesn't clean as stated. Vacuum is not that powerful. Leaves a lot of pet hair behind. Non tangle brushes are tangled.

This vacuum is horrible. First its very heavy, and has just about the worst suction I've ever encountered and I've had many vacuum cleaners over the years. This by far is a waste of money. I tried to give it a chance but the more I use it the more disappointing it has become. Don't buy it.
