Cleaning hassle
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It works great and vacuums all the sand off my floor. It’s not as easy to clean the unit as they made it out to be. I have to take it apart every time I use it and wash the entire unit, if I don’t it will sour and the filter will mold. If you’re thinking between this and the cordless, go with the cordless. The cleaning process is easier.

Not Worth the Money
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did a lot of research on buying the right vacuum and this product did not work for me. Both the mop and vacuum feature were horrible. Most of my floor is hardwood and when I vacuum it just blows the dirt around and doesn't really suck it up. Then when switching over to the wet feature, it leaves dirty water marks everywhere. Once you use the roller brush once it becomes dirty and then subsequent uses leaves the floor dirty. It also did not vacuum my rug very well. Left a lot of stuff embedded into the carpet. I would not recomend.

Not a fan
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a Bissell carpet steamer that’s a heavier piece so I though when I purchased this small CrossWave Pet Pro All in one, i would have easier times cleaning. It’s not the case. The first two times of use are great but the machine breaks down after that... I clean the piece thoroughly but it no longer vacuum’s the floors nor gives a proper cleaning. I’m disappointed in this product.

Not the best vac/mop
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is very heavy and difficult to maneuver, especially as it's not cordless. I am finding that bits of dirt are left behind and the mopping action is not getting everything off the floor. Unfortunately I waited too long to return. I'd look at all the other options before buying this as it's not cheap.

Definitely recommend
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this thing! I have tile flooring and it does the job well, especially for the little accidents our new pup makes. Only reason why I gave a 4 star is because I wish the bucket that holds the dirty water was bigger.

don't waste your money
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a home with lots of hardwood, laminate and area rugs. While I find this product to be decent at picking up dog hair, I don't think it cleans well at all. It leaves a mess on some of my flooring and takes MANY passes to clean up something as simple as dried coffee spills on the kitchen floor. It is a complete pain to take this thing apart and get the gunk and hair out of the area between the stick and mop head. What a waste of $300+.

Works great with 5 pets in home!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I received our Bissell CrossWave Pet Pro All-in-One Multi-Surface [floor] Cleaner for evaluation, I turned that task over to the woman who helps keep our home in tip top shape. Our hardwood floors had been giving her difficulty lately and when this product was offered on Best Buy's Tech Insider Network she thought I should request it. When it arrived the unpacking was simple and easy to open. As we removed the Bissell CrosWave from the box I immediately wondered about its long-term durability. It didn't have the heft I thought a floor cleaner should probably have. Of course, being lightweight isn't neccessarily a bad thing when it comes to floor cleaning devices. Assembly was straightforward and basically easy. Assembly instructions weren't really needed. She has used this Bissell CrosWave twice so far, cleaning about 1,200 sq ft of maple hardwood floor each time. Here are her thoughts in a pro/con format. PRO Seems to use a sufficiently good amount of water for cleaning. Isn't hard to push or pull which is important to her being in her first trimester. She said it smells clean. Does an excellent job on rugs, especially the runner in front of our kitchen sink which suffers all manner of insult and grunge. She said it picks up pet hair really well. Which says a lot because we have 3 cats and 2 dogs. She also noted that the pet hair doesn't get caught in the roller. That's an engineering feat in itself. Does a great job on tough spots without requiring you to spend a lot of time on one spot. Rinse and storage tray is a good idea. After use disassembly for cleaning and re-assembly was easy. CON She had one con to mention, but it wasn't sufficient to downgrade a rating. When stopping the machine to go from one area to the next, the Bissell CrossWave leaves a dirty water puddle on the floor. She ended up carrying a rag around to wipe up the puddles. We know it comes from the roller and that's what the storage tray is for. But who wants to carry that tray around while they're using the machine? Overall, we were impressed. The first cleaning of our hardwood floors produced pretty dirty rinse water and the floors were noticeably cleaner afterwards. The second use, a week later, didn't produce nearly as dirty water as the first. Yet, the floors still look even better. So I, or we actually, can definitely recommend to others.

Save your money
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely hate this vacuum. I wanted it for years because we have cats and I needed something that could get the fur without being jammed, and actually clean our real hardwood floors without leaving smudges. It does a decent cleaning job, I won’t lie. But cleaning this thing is a pain in the butt. It smells like a wet dog no matter what you do to clean it. It doesn’t do a good job vacuuming or cleaning area rugs or low pile carpet like advertised. I ended up having to go buy a separate vacuum which is what I wanted to avoid in the first place.

Ok.. vacume
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Vacuum was just alright, I use it more for hardwood floors, not a fan of mop feature.
