Great vacuum but the charger dock keeps failing and stopped working only after 3 months. Don't really recommend this cordless vacuum.

It worked and cleaned well while it worked, but broke just past the 1 year mark.

I bought one of these because my friends swears by it I tried using it for wet vacuuming my laminate floors and it really didn't hold up to my standards all it did was squirt dirty water outside of each side and it didn't really do a very good job of cleaning

I bought one in February. I clean it DURING and after each use. The motor burned up in less than 7 months of use. For something that is supposed to be specifically designed for pets, it is extremely disappointing. The hair gets wrapped around the ends of the bristle roller and I would have to shut it off and clean it after less than 5 minutes of use, every single time. Definitely NOT worth the price. I have bought a lot of Bissell products and they have lasted quite awhile. This one is not what it is made out to be. Never again.

Not worth the money. Dumping the liquid regularly is inconvenient, it’s design will not get every nook and cranny, and you will still need to go over your floors with a swifter or regular mop. Does not clean rugs like you’d expect.

We were very disappointed in the All-in-One cleaner. I have a Bissell rug shampooer and I love it but this product didn't measure up. It didn't get into corners and it left a lot of moisture on the floor rather than vacuuming it up. We returned the item.

Not what i expected. Not enough vacuum power. Definitely not good for carpet or rugs.

I loved the fact that I didn’t have to vacuum before cleaning the floor. The vacuum/mop feature does a great job.

Not worth your money. Purchased 1/3/21 and have used 3 x's. Needing to return it. Brush Roller does not do anything for my grooved Tile. I have 2400 SQ FT Grooved Tile and I watched several videos and read through reviews. I should have not ordered.

Great machine but only runs 30 minutes. Cleans well.

If I could return this item I would. It doesn't work at all like I expected based on the reviews and videos watched. This multi-purpose machine doesn't do any of it's duties well. The vaccum is weak, and the carpet cleaner isn't powerful enough to remove stains. I'm extremely disappointed in this product.

Its nice for a quick wipe up but really does not get closer enough to the floor to go a good cleaning. I have all wood floors and dogs and after cleaning I can still see their paw prints.

Vacuums decent at best. Does not have enough suction and just smudges dirt or mud everywhere. Also stinks really bad pretty much every time you use it even while cleaning properly.

The part that gets the actual dust and dirt in it and not the water is really small it is hard to open. So everything goes in to your water tank which is extremely small leaves house smelling wet it does not dry it and still leaves dirt on the floor

Did a decent job of mopping the floor but the clean up is a mess

This vacuum smells so bad! I bought this because I have one dog and she sheds sometimes. This vacuum smells SO BAD after I use it One time! I absolutely cannot get over how bad this vacuum smells after using it. I’ve tried using vinegar to clean all of the parts but it still reeks after every use. I have never had a vacuum that smells after a simple vacuum session.

I was hoping this Bissell floor cleaner would be my answer to cleaning tile floors. It is not. It does ok with minor dirt on top, but no effect on grout dirt. It is also very noisy, so may use ear protection next time I use it

Works good the tank and filters could be larger...

Returned as it only washed no vaccuum ability. Just not what we needed.
