Works fine on any sort of super flat floor. Tile with grout, horrible. The brush rolls bristles do not get into the grout joint at all.

Bad suction power and leaves a streak of dirt behind it. Have to continuously keep emptying the container and washing the scrubber multiple times just to do one room.

Works great on all my floors especially with the animal hair and mishaps throughout the house.

I didn't like the smell after use. You have to hold the button down in order for it to spray. I was hard for my kids to use.

Nothing too special about this. It vacuums. It sort of mops.

Terrible. Has a small tank. Clogs easy. Brushes are not easy to clean. Great for tiny apts w/hard wood floors.

Horrible. Leaves streaks all over hardwood floors. Bissel THEMSELVES have made multiple YouTube tutorial videos on how to reduce the streaking it leaves.

We have tile that has more of a texture to it and it doesn't clean well. The vacuum portion is not good for area rugs. This is vest suited perfectly for vinyl plank flooring

This would be great for anyone who DOESN'T have pets. I don't care what they say, or how they market it "for pets", it doesn't work. No matter how well you clean it out each time (and I did), it will stop working right in under a year. By pets, they must mean short haired cats and dogs who shed lightly. If I had no pets, i probably would've been happy enough with it, as it wouldn't have had any challenge to clean.

Just purchased today and will be returbing it tomorrow. Clogs quickly and leaves a muddy mess everywhere. I will have to towel dry the floors.

I’m so disappointed that this product has stopped working. I purchased it April 17, began using it April 20th. My return window ended May 3rd. It stopped working the first week of June. Cleaned it every single time we used it. I’m not sure what went wrong and I’m so bummed that Best Buy’s return window is so small.

Ease of use, But you end up spending a lot of time cleaning the parts. Not very practical for me.

This stopped working completely after two uses, and Best Buy return policy is only 15 days. Received no help from Best Buy about how to proceed, will have to go through bissel

worked awesome for 2 months and out of the blue it stopped working, i would much rather get somethings which will last than waste money on this again

This would have been a 5 star review..but I used this unit less than a dozen times before it just failed. It wouldn't start, just dead. I spent over 300 dollars and never again , Bissell

Day 1 just after 30 minutes of use, I felt a slight spray against my leg as I was using it and sure enough there was a bad seal in the dirty water compartment and was being sucked up by the exhaust and spitting out on floors. For this much money, on day one, no way. Returned.

Do not spend the money or waste your time on this. I have two German shepherds and four boys so my hardwood floors are no stranger to hair and dirt. This vacuum does not suck up the hair or clean the floors. I wish I didn’t waste my money, I was hoping to cut down in the products that I needed to use to clean. NOPE my Kirby and floor steamer still get used. Now I just have an overpriced vacuum hanging out in the closet.

Terrible vaccum they're masking everything computerized and not made out of the old materials i have had this vaccum for 5 montha and it just stopped picking up and of course its too late to bring it back 3rd vaccuum in 1 year this is crazy

Didn’t have the same luck others seem to have but could be operator error. Was leaving streak and seemed to be a lot of work to get the floor looking how I wanted. Took mine back.
