I have only used this on tile floors. Wish the tanks were larger so that I could do all of my floors without stopping. I can see I will have to buy a lot of cleaning solution. Over all it does a pretty good job.

This product arrived defective and had to be returned.

Thought this would be awesome for my floors since i have hardwood floors and area rugs. The problem begins when you use the spray. It clogs the whole machine and over time begins to put off a horrible smell.

I bougt so now I am stuck with it. I hate that I have to self clean the mess that I cleaned up off the floor. I hate that the cord is not adjustable.

Honestly, I think I just purchased a lemon. I combed through and perused HOURS of reviews on what kinda wet-vac to get. My vacuum didn't perform even sort of close to other reviews and videos I saw. The suction was nonexistent and I didn't feel it did anything but agitate the water in the tank - literally there was hardly any dirt or anything in there each time I used it. With that said, I gave it away after a few months of use and purchased a Quantum X (WAY superior).

Very disappointed in this item. I will be returning it. Definitely not worth the price!

Terrible. I returned it. Unless you plan to continuously replace the mop head while cleaning, you’re spreading mess. It doesn’t function as a vacuum and doesn’t vacuum close enough to walls and corners. Overall, not great.

worked great first out of box. Now I am thinking about returning it.

I don't recommend this item after a few uses it starts to have a pet order when using. not happy with this purchase.

Better for a small apartment, not good if you have more then one pet, clogs easily so you constantly have to clean out

This thing does not do anything but push dirt around. Idk how people are cleaning anything with this device. Maybe i got a reject but this has to go back

Device works very nicely. The problem is too much breakdown and clean up required after you use it. Tge instructions are not very clear for a regular housewife to understand also. This unit also uses a lot of solution to get carpets cleaned.

Nice vacuum for the money. Does a good job pick up hair and other debris.

Do not like this. Opened a few weeks after buying and very disappointed. Does not seem to put out enough water. Doesn’t seem to suck stuff up. Maybe it’s defective. Hoping to return

Does not work well on porcelain floors. And on wood tile floors it only works if you’re working with the grain. Gets heavy.

Worst thing I ever bought!! Such a waste of money. The mop has no power to it, you’ll end up just mopping yourself and only using the vacuum to it. also doesn’t separate the dirt from the water. So make sure to empty the compartment before trying to mop. Extremely disappointed in this and should’ve bought a better brand.

Sadly, we were looking forward to this working. But it ended up not working very well at all and when we stored it, it leaked everywhere all over my rug. So I do not recommend it.
