Doesn’t pick up nearly as much hair as my $60 lightweight Bissell vacuum.

Biggest pile of crap ive wasted money on. Pushes the hair around or sucks the hair under it an out from behind it. The mop part works ok, leaves lines from the tires though. I use it on hard wood floors and its essentially junk. Never getting a Bissell again. Sticking with a shark like i always have.

Great for tile flooring, "okay" on low carpet.

Pros: Easy to fill and use. Good suction. Detergent goes a long way. Works really well on hard floors and “okay” on low carpeting. Cons: Cleaning the machine after use is time consuming and messy. The plastic guard over the brush is a pain to put back on. I enjoyed the Bissell Crosswave. For such a small machine, it does a really good job cleaning. Assembly was very quick and easy (insert the handle until it clicks and shove the detergent / water bottle in its slot on the back). I was up and running in under five minutes. I have a small apartment with tile and short carpeting. I only filled the detergent bottle up to the “small area” mark as I wasn’t sure how far it would stretch. I’m glad I did as that was sufficient to clean my entire living room and my tiled entryway. The machine did a pretty good job of cleaning the carpet. I was worried that it wasn’t putting out enough fluid, but stepping on the area being cleaned with my sock covered foot revealed that it was indeed quite wet. It managed to pull up a fair amount of cat hair, and it successfully erased some stubborn pet stains. At times, I did feel like the machine was struggling some on the carpeting. When they say "area rug" I think they really did mean "rug" and not carpet. The machine really did a great job on my tile. Pressing the button to switch to the hard floor mode, the machine did a great job of scrubbing the floor to a nice polished shine. Honestly, my tile has never looked this good (even after mopping). The low pile runner I have running down the length of my entry way also cleaned very nicely (using the area rug mode). Cleaning the machine after use was a bit of a bear. The dirty “water” bin had surprisingly little water in it. Don’t get me wrong, it had some (maybe a quarter of a cup?), but the bin was mostly full of cat hair and dirt. Scrubbing it clean took some doing, and I would strongly recommend doing this in a utility sink. With so many little parts and crevices, cat hair managed to get stuck just about everywhere. The plastic shield over the brush came off easily, but it was an absolute bear to put back on. I found the trick was to line up the plastic overhangs on both the left and right sides and then rotate it backwards so that it pivots over them and fits onto the pegs. Shoving it straight down onto the two pegs won’t do you any good. I did not feel any kind of satisfying “click” when reattaching the guard, but the guard appears to be flush to the machine and securely attached. I would strongly recommend this machine (particularly if you have hard floors).

Still see smudges on the floor post-cleaning. Get streaks when using on my new LVP flooring. I've tried using more/less solution and going slower or quicker with the cleaner. I've looked up the manual and tips/tricks but it is still time-consuming and ineffective. Would return but I'm literally one day past the return period.

The amount of cleaning you have to do between rug cleanings is insane. You basically have to clean the inside of the tube and pullout any crusty dog hair that gets built up with the soap solution they provide for use for cleaning pet stains with the machine after EVERY cleaning.

BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro All-in-One Multi-Surface Cleaner is a strong force of cleaning and vacuuming. I personally enjoyed the mop as it was intended picking up pet stains. There are many features that make this vacuum worth your time. First off the design is nice with purple and silver to complement the design all the way through its certainly good looking but also small enough to handle with you everywhere. There is a tank that's easy to fill and use with fresh water and the solution that comes with it that smells nice I might add. BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro Vacuum and wash at the same time so it picks up things really fast. in fact, it makes the room spotless because the dog hair gets sucked up with the Tangle-free brush roll which Bissell is known for doing well with their pet products. it really does get the annoying pet hair up. It works on multiple surfaces which include sealed wood, Area rugs, Titles, and laminate so whatever floor you have this should work just fine, as I said before the vac is lightweight and enough to pick up and take with you where you need to go. The whole thing is easy to use and easy to clean Debris out of the tank. The last thing I want to talk about is the solution which smells wonderful. The smell kills pet smells very quickly and going with fabreeze was the best thing they could do. I cleaned corners with ease and got into spots I normally couldn't get in. I personally would recommend this to people with pets and those who want an all in one cleaning solution for pets. it's a great vac but I do feel like the cleaning solution might be costly in the long run the BISSELL - CrossWave Pet Pro All-in-One Multi-Surface Cleaner is a good vac that would keep your home clean and spotless with pets.
