Carpet cleaner broke after 1 day of use. I have a bissel vacuum that has worked great and I am very disappointed in this carpet cleaner.

I bought this and used it less than 5 times before it stopped spraying solution. Followed all the maintenance suggestions for removing a potential clog. Still no luck. Very disappointed to much such and investment and have a non working machine. I did not buy insurance.

I felt like this vacumop left a lot of water residue and left floor sticky

It was okay. Not great for what I needed it for...

The front clear cover continually comes off while I’m using vacuum as I replace it back each time.

This vacuum does not save me time or work. Infact it has caused me SO much extra work. I bought a swifter wet jet to go behind and clean up the floors after I use this and it is always disgusting?

It did not work well on any carpet. Not sure if it’s meant for carpet or rug cleaning but I wasn’t happy with it and returned it.

Your better off spending a few dollars on a decent mop and bucket. The cross wave isn't worth the effort. It leaves streaks on my floor and never feels clean after use.

Not impressed. I have stone tile floors and this vacuum just doesn’t suck up the dirt the way a commercial vacuum does.

About to return, does not mop so good or clean simple spots not easy operate for cleaning after use

The solution goes straight onto the floor, now I have large spots in lieu of gone spots. I would return if I could!!!

I have to be honest I tried so many times to make this product work but it was not what I expected

Not as great as I thought it would be. Hard to clean, the filter smelled terrible within one day. Plus a cordless one would be nicer.

This thing leaves dirty wet streaks on the floor. The thing doesn’t mop well at all not worth 300$ at all I use my Walmart mop and a broom to sweep and mop. This is not all it’s cracked up to be.

It sort of just smeared dirty water all over our hardwood floors. Don't know how they think it really "cleans". Ended up going back to my O'cedar mop and bucket.

If I could give no stars I would it doesn’t clean well at all then you have to spend more time cleaning it after each use than the floor do not recommend it’s not worth it

Setup and Use 5/5 This product was so easy to setup and use. I didn't need instructions and was ready to go in around 5 minutes including the filling of the reservoir. A few clicks and presses and you are off to clean. It has a really long cord of 25ft so you can get busy and not be interrupted by plugging and unplugging. You just need to press the type of floor you are working on and squeeze the trigger. Build Quality 4/5 Built almost entirely of plastic, it feels like it will last a while. If you owned Bissell products in the past, you can expect the same as far as built quality. I only worry about the brush head cover if you hit it on a refrigerator or something metallic. Being plastic, I worry about cracking but only time will tell. The brush roll is made with two materials. It feels like a soft microfiber material for the bulk of the cleaning head with one row of a nylon scrub brush spiraled around the head. This thing is just amazing. I was worried about it leaving a lot of water, but the suction on this thing is very good. I didn't see any scratching which is a plus. Performance 4/5 I took away a point because it doesn't do as well on area rugs. The area rugs absorb a lot of solution before being ready to clean. It is NOT a carpet shampooer so don't buy this if that is what you are looking for. It works decent for "freshening up" tired area rugs. I used this on a low shag rug which is the type you find in doctor offices. It was difficult to clean with it because the area rug kept getting sucked up so I just gave up on it after a while. On hardwood and any other non-porous surface it works perfectly. I experienced dry times of anywhere between 5 and 8 minutes. It doesn't spray tons of cleaner which is why it is safe for porous materials too. It doesn't leave floors very wet and you always get clean water on the surface. I cannot say enough about how well this thing cleans. Suction on this machine is excellent so it leaves floors only damp not soaked. +Things I Like+ + Easy Setup - like I said earlier, I was up and running in less than 5 minutes. + Easy Cleanup - press the release button and flip the top on the tank and dump. Easily rinses and clean up in the tray is simple. + Long Cord - at 25ft, you have plenty of room to move around. + Large Area Cleaning - this solution reservoir seems to last forever. I cleaned my kitchen to test it and still had more than half left. I then cleaned a runner area rug that was the length of my counter and still have more than half. + Lightweight - my wife and I had no problems maneuvering this while cleaning. + Vacuum and Mop at once - You don't need to sweep or vacuum before using this, it saves you a step. -Things I Would Change- - Water Not Heated - if you are trying to clean, you would expect some sort of heating for the solution. You can put hot water in the reservoir but depending on how long you are cleaning, it may not maintain its temperature. - Different Brush Heads - I would like to see a brush made with only the microfiber and another one with scrub brushes. Maybe a squeegee head to dry floors quicker too. - Lack of Colors - I'm not a fan of the purple. I hope other options come soon. -=THE VERDICT=- The value and time savings you get with this, it is a MUST BUY! If you are tired of a mop and a bucket… BUY THIS! If you are a clean freak and want to easily clean your floors… BUY THIS. If you have hate sweeping before mopping… BUY THIS! I don't see myself going back to the old fashioned way of cleaning floors. BUY BUY BUY!
