I like the idea of cleaning amix of carpet and tile. The carpet really did not clead as well as I would have hoped. The tile simply did not have enough scrubbing power to clean the floor. Felt like the same job would be done with my swiffer. The cleaning after to keep in good condition is a chore. Hopefully rev 2 improves upon these things.

I had high hopes for this machine. It's just ok. It's not a quick process and took me half the morning to mop the whole house. I honestly think sweeping and mopping with my Ocedar mop is faster and just as if not more efficient. I don't see talking this thing out for big jobs. For the money, I expected better.

As title says, this does great job on floors. Leaves them nearly dry and amazing what the water looks like when done! Had no idea my floors were so dirty. Lousy even on area rugs - just doesn’t have enough power and spray. Recommend highly for hard floors. Cheaper and more efficient machines fur rugs.

I think I expected more of it. Seems to do a decent job on area rugs but if you're trying to clean anything from a floor that's been there for more than 5 minutes, you may want an alternate method.

Great wet vacuum. I usually sweep before I use it but it works great.

I have three kids. One of them is a year old, so of I'm mopping the floor everyday. This mop did nothing to the dried splatters, nothing... I am so disappointed. I thought for sure this would help me save time when I need to mop after my kids but no. it vacuums great, but for getting the dried on dirt spots off its horrible. Hefty price tag for a mini vacuum because the mopping part is a failure.

A great buy. Performance was great. Would highly recommend it.

Not too happy! Used one time and started to make a loud noise after about 25 minutes and stopped sucking up water! I took it back to store to return and found out that I was a few days over the 15 day return policy! My fault...I thought it was 30 days.

I used it and it works but I didn’t really see a difference between this and my much cheaper Swiffer Wet. If you have mainly carpet then I would say it’s probably a good buy but if you have mostly wood floors, save yourself money and get a Swiffer.

I expected much better, the water is dirty when done but leaves smudging on my bamboo floors no matter what I do. Would not recommend for bamboo floors, works ok for light duty area rugs.

Bought for a Christmas gift best buy did not put in another box and just shipped the vacuum in the original box so wife seen it thanks best buy for ruining my Christmas

I really dislike using this product. It's top heavy, and tips over way too easily. I don't have this problem with other similar units, just this one.

we bought this to clean tile and grout floors. does not clean grout at all. do not buy if you are wanting to clean your tile floors.

Sounded good in reviews, then actual use was subpar at best. I got this on sale and boy is it not worth the money. The suction was weak and it leaked dirty water everywhere after 5 min of using it for the first time.

I was really excited about this product and the great reviews it has, but it soon disappointed me. I watched all the videos, and read the instructions carefully, but this does a terrible job suctioning anything on the carpet, and when you use it in hard floor y leaves dirt marks! I tried to return it but they only give you little time to try it and I was too late. Sad that I threw away 300 dollars :(

The floor cleaner did not clean our hardwoods as advertised and after a couple of weeks, the vacuum stopped working on the carpet. I had to replace it and then the same thing happened with the second one. I then switched to another brand.

Cleaning fluids going everywhere. Wrote to Company a total of 5 times in all - no productive responses. Next letter to CEO. Finally the machine died completely after using less than 5 times. Would never consider a Bissell again.
