Works very well!! We have 2 very big dogs that are shedding machines. I swept as I normally would, then used this to mop and get the excess. No clogging as long as you don’t suck up a “tumbleweed” of fur. Floors look the best they have in quite awhile.

Another quality product by BISSELL !! This vacuum does a great job especially for house holds with pets. Very easy to use. highly recommended for homeowners who want to take there vacuuming to the next level.

I have all wood floors and I was using a vacuum then a mop and then a buffer. Too many steps for a house to be clean. I purchased this Bissell Cross-wave and can complete my work in half. Yea. So far I am enjoying the product.

This thing is great only problem is when you have 4long hair 1 short hair german Shepherd Dogs sometimes i have to vacuum first or the gair will clog it up. I would and have recommend it. Have pets and family that are messy then you need this

This mop/vacuum combo is a great addition to any home, especially one with pets. The mop feature isn’t perfect, and is best for maintenance mopping as opposed to heavy duty cleaning. Overall extremely happy with this product.

This crosswave is amazing and much needed for my floors and helps with what I use it for!

Although I don’t have pets, I purchased the Bissell Pet Pro, hoping it would extract human hair from carpet and prevent hair from wrapping around the roller as the infomercials claim it does with pet hair. The wet/dry vac extracted the hair very well however, human hair still wrapped around the rollers. The wet/dry vac cleaned the floors exceptionally well, extracting more dirt than what I believed was there. It worked well on carpet, laminate, linoleum, and ceramic tile floors. There are a couple things that would make this product better. If it was capable of drying the floors and if it was not completely made of plastic. I would not recommend using this product on laminate floors with a high gloss finish because you spend more time manually wiping and drying your floors in small sections at a time to remove the residual streaks that make your floors look dirtier than they did prior to cleaning them which defeats the whole purpose of the wet/dry vac providing users with a method of cleaning with less effort. The wet/dry vac is mostly plastic which makes it very light, but ensures that it will not last for years to come. Although It’s a bit pricey, overall, I really do like the product as it is exceptional at removing dirt which is evidenced from the separate dirty water tank.

I was of the mindset of what can this thing do that a broom and mop already does. Well, every time I use the crosswave after using a broom and mop, it still manages to find more dirt to dirty the water. Two complaints though. 1 - I wish the dirty water reservoir was larger; 2 - The spray for hard floors is not quite enough volume to wet the outside of the brush completely. Because of these two I think it is 3.5 to 4 stars for ability. But, I feel it is very overpriced for what it does.

This vacuum has cut my clean up in half. I have hard wood floors and i used to vacuum my floors then use a wet swifter and go over the floor again. Now i can do both at the same time. The clean up of the machine is also very easy.

This thing works great! I have cheap laminate floors. It cleans them beautifully leaving very little residue and floors dry super fast. East to clean. Everything comes apart and can be rinsed and wiped quickly. Only con is Bissell will e-mail daily until you unsubscribe

I used to have a wireless dyson but that thing just died too fast. After vacuuming I would also use a floor steamer. So decided to switch back to one with a cord and was excited this thing could do multiple things. I do like the new vacuum and it works pretty well on carpet and as a carpet shampooer. The only down side is on the hard wood floors I don’t think it does the best “mopping” or “steam cleaning.” I still end up using my floor steamer after. But overall good product.

This is absolutely fantastic. I've been looking for something that works this good for 3 years. It's easy to use and easy to clean. I highly recommend this Bissell for your hardwood floors and your rugs. It helps freshen your big rug in the living or dinning room. Keeps your throw rug clean, you don't have to wash them in the washing machine as often. Makes your rugs last longer, just another perk. You'll love it.

Bought this for my carpets at home to get the pet hair out. Not only did it get the dirt and hair out with no problem it also made the house smell amazing. It has to be cleaned after each use but it is generally easy to maintain. No regrets on this purchase.

I had a previous floor machine that was corded by the leading competitor that the brand starts with an “H” and the machine started leaking solution all over the back onto my leg so I returned it and got this. This machine is far superior to the floormate deluxe. No leaks and cleans better and quicker too. I also got the wood floor brush and area rug brush and it cleans the area rugs as good as my rug cleaner did so I also returned my rug cleaner as this does it all. I would’ve gotten the cordless version but mopping floors take longer than 30 mins.

This worked great used it on my area rugs and all my hard wood floors It's just a bit louder than I thought it would be Love this floor cleaner saves me so much time

This vacuum and mop is absolutely perfect for tile floors! Our new home has tile on all of the downstairs and I was really dreading vacuuming and steaming the floors! This little gadget makes it so easy, not to mention how nasty my dirty water tank is after cleaning my floors.

I love this! I was really surprised how much dog hair this picked up and am extremely pleased with how clean my floors were after I was done. This is an excellent Floor Care Product for those with hard floors and animals!

I have three little kids and two dogs. I have been telling my husband that I feel like I can never get the floors clean enough. This vacuum does what it says! I use it about once a week for a deep clean on my floors. After I use it, My kids even tell me how nice and clean the floors look. I have vinyl plank flooring and it really makes my floors fresh. My house smells amazing afterwards! The cleanup needs to be done every time but they make it so easy to pull the pieces out for cleaning. It’s light and small enough for storing in my tiny hallway closet. The price seems worth it for my peace of mind.
