It does the job and is easy to use. My only complaint is the cleanup and aftercare. The filter and the dirty water tank are not the easiest to clean. I use this for our hardwoods and rugs. I still recommend it, I just hate the cleanup on the machine afterwards.

I really like this product. I always feel like i fail to mop because for some reason it's mentally a big hurdle after vacuumming. Now that it's the same thing, it's super easy to do and i do it every time. You have to go slowly to get a good mop, but since i do it every time, i kinda fast mop and it works fine. I love it so far, I've had it about a month. The obly weird thing is the stuff you vacuum up is in the same tank as the dirty water, so the pet hair and dirt is wet, but that really isn't a big deal.

Let me start off with, I have 3 boys 8, 6, &4. And 2 dogs a large shedding lab and a tiny Pomeranian. And this thing gets up everything! From the pee stains of the tiny dog and the hair of the big dog is scrubs and vacuums! Swear up and down by this thing

This wet vac works as advertised! Although i would now perfer the steamer option this Vacuum has performed over expectation. It cuts flooring in half give its dual function the wife and I use to sweep/vacuuming the swifer the floor. However now we can do both at once and the floors are not only visibly clean the look last long between usage.

I have never been able to find something that gets up ALL of the dog hair off my floor. I previously had a broom, vacuum, steam mop regime but no more! This thing does such an amazing job I got rid of everything except a little brush and dust pan. Highly recommend!

This unit is super easy to use and does a way better job of cleaning than a Swiffer. But it does require some effort to clean it. Not sure how long it will last if one doesn't clean it as suggested, but presumably I will find that out as I will likely tire of working that hard to make sure it is cleaned properly. If I have to get that up close and personal with it's brush to make sure it is properly cleaned, I might as well just use a mop. So I like it? And it does a decent job at basic cleaning. Jury is out as to whether I will be using it in 6 months. :)

Considering the fact that I no longer have to carry an actual mop and bucket! Its great but I encourage that you first vacuum, and then go ahead and “mop”. This way you’ll make the most of it. Also the comments about leaving puddles, or streaks are true, but you have to get to know your vaccuum, because I have noticed that it happens when the dirty reservoir is at ALMOST its capacity. Im certain that there is a better vaccum out there, I just couldn’t wait one moment more.

Works pretty well on hard floors. Sucks up everything, even pet hair.

I don't need anything else to clean my floors now. Expensive but worth the price. It's compact, it's easy to handle, mops and picks up at the same time. I love how you could use it on both hardwood or area rugs.

Easy to use, light weight wish width of cleaner base was bigger for larger rooms to cut down on time, but cleaner solution for bigger room always has solution left over. Wonderful unit.

This makes vacuuming and mopping at once easy. I love this product. It’s an easy 5 stars; however, I took a star off because it doesn’t work great on all carpets. I moved to a new apartment recently and let’s just say by the time I’m done vacuuming the closet and bedroom, I’m gasping for breath. I expand a lot of energy vacuuming my carpets… really difficult moving it across the carpets.

Great for pets and floors, very good suction and easy to use.

I can’t say enough about this it works beautifully I really cannot believe how much hair I picked up no clogs floors came out so much cleaner and where the mop is very happy I highly recommend

So lightweight! Works great! My 17 year old is excited to use it and clean the carpets because he can literally see it pulling the dirt from the carpet which all of my 5 boys find amazing!

Amazing cleaning floors. Does not teach about an inch between hall and floor due to gap on machine, not big deal but after just one clean I had dark black water. I will continue until I get clean water but the results are insane !!

I recently went to all hardwood floors with area rugs. I have two dogs and 1 cat and fur all over! This picks up everything with one swoop and cleans it as well. No need to bring out vacuum first, then mop and bucket and towels to dry floor.

Watched endless videos before purchasing and it is for a fact the best purchase I have made in a while now I feel my house is clean I would highly recommend it to anyone it's a Time saver and works easily also low maintenance

I bought this after my surgery put limitations on my capabilities to keep my home clean. The Crosswave is easy to use, works great, and i don't need to scrub as hard. Hifhly recommend!

It's light, easy to use, but does a great job of cleaning hard floors. We haven't tried it on carpeting, but it did wonderful on a small rug. I only wish it came with more solution, but I'm just being picky.

3 dogs and hardwood floors. Easy to use. The cleaning seemed intimating at first but it is easy. Way better than mopping and drying the floor.
