Just used for the first time and very impressed. The suction is incredible, so the suction control IS nice to have...I can't believe how much dirt and dust I cleaned from a relatively clean 1-bedroom apartment. Emptied the canister three times in one use. What I love most is the ability to clean baseboards, tops of doors/windows, high molding, top of refrigerator, back of tight toilet area, etc. The product picture & description do not specify, but you can extend the wand quite a ways, so it's easy to reach distant corners and high up. I'm 6' and it's very comfortable to use. The suction and handling have surgical precision. The entire design is ingenious and the whole machine feels well made. I'm in love. Will have to get used to the very sensitive remote control handle (which shuts off or changes suction with the slightest brush of hand, but will get used to that). Very, very quiet, even on highest setting. It does produce a lot of hot air exhaust, but not surprising for how hard it's working. Love how it handles, pivots and glides like butter around floor and over cord. Also very easy to switch out attachments. Very light, easy to lift and work high up with wand. Delighted with purchase. Quiet, compact, light weight and mobile, this canister vacuum is highly functional on hard floors. Good suction, solid build quality, good extensions are provided. However, as the manual states, you need to clean out the dirt canister and the cyclone filter regularly. The size of the dirt canister is small, so I do it after every use. On this condition, this bagless wonder will do the job Bisell designed it for.

This vacuum is a great hard floor solution for those that have hardwoods, tile or whatever else you may have. Super soft brush for capturing the stubborn pet hair the won't scuff or mark your Hardwood floors. Wheels and base are soft rubber. The best feature is the variable suction speed that can be adjusted right on the handle. This is great for transitioning between floor types. Adjustable telescoping handle to adjust to your height. It comes with a carpet head attachment.... But I have not used it. Cord length is okay. The catch cup is small, but it's easy to dump and clean. I have had a lot of cannister back and this is the best one I have ever used. One really nice feature or product enhancement... The motor is really quiet. At first I thought it was broken it was so quiet. Cleans amazing. I actually like cleaning the hardwoods now because it does such a great job and it's easy to use. I would highly recommend this product. Another great reason to buy is its two thirds less the cost of a Dyson and works better.

Just got this vacuum and have only used it a few times. So far so good. The suction is not super crazy, but we do not have cracks and gaps in our wood floor so this suction power is great! It's a bit if a bummer that the handle controls need a battery. I can see that becoming a little annoying if the battery dies. We don't vacuum every day so it would be annoying to find out that the batteries are dead. I had my previous canister bissell vacuum for 15 years and just a year ago the hose broke at the handle. I'm hoping that this vacuum will last just as long!

This vacuum works great on hard floors. It has good suction and is able to get into tight spots. Love it

This is a well-made, great little vacuum. The only thing that could be improved upon is the length of the cord - it's way too short. I have to use an extension cord to make it around the house.

Bought this to clean hardwood flooring and tile. Easy to use and does a great job. The wide vacation Vacumm head makes the job go faster. Does not damage the wood floors

I'm a clean freak and have travertine floors. The canister vacuum is awesome and works very well.

I liked the vacuum at first and the I noticed that the suction power kept getting less each time I used it. And yes I empty it 2 or more times each time it's used.
