Light weight, maneuverable, great on hardwood floors. Super light weight and easy to put together and change out the attachments. This thing glides across the floor and it pivots and turns around all the nooks and cranny's around the house. The LEDs on the front are very bright and allows you to see what you missed, I actually love this on the vacuum. Not your standard light you get on most vacuums. I have 2 dogs, one being a German Shepard which are known for their shedding abilities. That hair is light work for this Bissell Stick vacuum. On both hardwood and carpet. And best yet, nothing so far has gotten wrapped around the rotating brush. I do wish the canister was larger, but then you compromise the portability and weight. Emptying the canister is simple and straight forward. One push of a button and you have taken it off to empty. On a full charge this is rated at 30 minutes, I have yet to sweep for 30 minutes and dont imagine anyone sweeps for that long. Maybe if you're sweeping every floor in the house it would probably die, but then again, 30 minutes is a long time. Im replacing my previous vacuum which is a not so cheap brand with this Bissell Its that good IMO. I did mount this to the wall for storage and charging, Space saver for sure and I love how the 2 attachments also attach to the wall mount for safe keeping.

This is an amazing product to use. We were scared to purchase first as this is new in market. But if you get vacuum and with Bessel , you can never go wrong. Get it, and enjoy the great experience of cleaning , battery and power.

The cordless stick vacuum has worked well and it has kept the charge longer than I expected it, the only flaw in the machine is that it is heavier than expected.

Pretty good for downstairs LVP floors. We bought this so that we didn't have to drag around our big Shark from downstairs to upstairs all the time. This stays conveniently mounted in the garage and does a sufficient job in a house with around 800 square feet of LVP downstairs. We also have a 10 year old and a golden retriever, so the balls of fur and stray Fruit Loops are taken care of. We miss the power of the Shark, especially on area rugs, but if you stay on top of it, you shouldn't have any issues with getting the job completely done.

My wife picked this vacuum out, we caught it on sale. It's a great pick up for the price range of this type. We have a 1900sqft house with hardwoods, battery last for the whole time cleaning. We have a German Shepherd and it does great cleaning the pet hair from carpet and furniture as well. Has a bright led light, you can really see where you need to clean. It pulls apart easy to use the mini vacuum for cleaning tighter areas or furniture. It does need a space to lean or wall mount while storing. The battery is the heaviest part, other than that it's light. The caster isn't that big, but enough to capture the house. I would recommend to all, especially for pet owners!

this is nice and small, doesn't take up room. light so no muscle needed to move around while cleaning. even my kid can use it.

While I don't technically have "pets", I do have some messy kids that sometimes act like animals... This vacuum is great for cleaning up after them though. From the crumbs they leave on the floor of the pantry when they sneak in there and eat snacks, to the crumbs that they drop all over the backseat and floor of my car, this vacuum does the job. It's so easy to grab this thing off the charging dock and clean up the mess on our hardwood floors or take it out to my car and clean up the seats and floor. This vacuum is basically like a hand held "dust buster" but more powerful, with an extension arm attachment for reaching things up high or in hard to reach places, a brush attachment for cleaning sofas and upholstery, and an attachment for cleaning floors. It's not something you would use for cleaning your whole house, (though you technically could I guess until the battery dies) but is very convenient for cleaning up messes or small areas, hard to reach places, etc. The attachments connect and disconnect easy, and the debris container easily comes out for emptying. It has 3 speeds, for conserving battery I suppose, but I've just been running it on the strongest setting and that's been fine cleaning up messes or even the downstairs of our house, which is about 1300sqft of space. We've only used it on hardwood floors so far though. I also like the fact that the brush on the floor cleaning attachment (similar to a standard vacuum) is removable for easy cleaning. Overall, it's a handy little "all-in-one" vacuum.

I’m a loyal Bissell user. This product did not disappoint!

This is my first cordless vacuum and I just love it. The no hair on the brush is a must it's GREAT, The one thing I wish is that the battery time lasted longer and was replaceable.

This cordless vacuum has been very helpful to have around the house and it has quickly become something I use daily. I like how it comes with several different attachments that make it easy to use in different situations. I love to have a clean car and it's easy to keep up on it in the summertime, but now with winter starting, who wants to drag a full size vacuum and extension cord out to the car. Now that I have something compact in size with no cords, it's easy to keep up on it and I can get it done pretty quick before the cold really gets to me. Also important to note is how easy it is to clip on or off the attachments. No matter what attachment you are using, this vacuum has been great at picking up pet hair, human hair, crumbs, leaves, small rocks, and anything else my family seems to be able to drag into the house. I also really love the lights at the front of it, it is actually brighter than any corded vacuum I have ever had and how I could tell was I could all of a sudden see imperfections in my floor I’d never seen before, the vacuum provides a serious amount of light in front of it. I don’t think having bright lights affected the battery life any because it lasts much longer than I expected it to. I have an average sized single family home and I have been able to vacuum 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen/dining area, and living room and still have one bar of battery left and that is partially carpet so I had the suction level higher up. Battery life should rarely be an issue for this vacuum. I also enjoy the wall mount it came with, this is the first cordless vacuum I’ve used and for some reason I thought it would be able to stand on its own, turns out it cannot unless it is leaning up against a wall, laying down, or, mounted on its handy dandy wall mount/charging station. It is not bulky or gaudy looking, and it is very easy to install, and then take the vacuum off or put back on to charge. My only slight dislike of this vacuum is its suction power is not what I would expect from a vacuum at this price. I came to the conclusion that this vacuum is great to have around for quick and easy access, something to use daily to keep up on cleaning, something to use real quick if company is coming over unexpectedly, the scenarios are endless. However this vacuum cannot replace a corded vacuum. It just does not have the suction power to give you a nice, thorough, deep clean, nor does it fluff the carpet up like a corded vacuum does. I also noticed it almost seems like the main vacuum head seems to bind up on carpeting. When running it on short and fairly new carpet, it felt like the spinning brush was getting stuck to the carpet as I pulled it back or pushed it forward. Again, this vacuum is great for the convenience of being cordless and great for a quick daily cleaning to keep on top of everyday hair and messes, but it certainly will not and should not be the only vacuum in your home.

This vacuum is really nice! The battery lasts a long time and it also has some added features that I did not realize would be so helpful! What it does well: LED Light: The main attachment with this vacuum cleaner has a very large LED light that helps light the way when vacuuming. It is very bright and made a significant difference in seeing debris while vacuuming. Battery Life: The battery lasted more than enough time every time I needed to use this vacuum cleaner and the device seems to be very powerful along with the good battery life. Power and Cleaning: Everywhere I tested this device, it did a great job at pickup of debris on the floor, and it allows you to conveniently change the power level while vacuuming. Accessories: This comes with some really useful accessories and allows you to use it as a stick vacuum or as a hand vacuum. The accessories that come with it can be used with or without the stick attachment. Portability: This vacuum is very portable and lightweight and was very easy to use and hold in many cleaning applications. It also swivels which made it very easy to get it into tight places. Video Tutorials: The manual provided included information to view video tutorials for using the product. I watched a video for emptying the dirt tank, which was helpful. I tested this device for vacuuming under a bed and under furniture as well as on hardwood floors and it worked really well. The handle flattens all the way down to the ground, so it worked perfectly for getting under tighter spaces. In all of the places where I tested it, it always did a great job at picking up everything that it passed over. Areas for improvement: This vacuum does not stand up on its own, which would be a really helpful feature. It did include a wall stand that it could be put on, but I would prefer to be able to let it stand up on its own without the wall stand. I did not use the wall stand and instead just set it up against a wall to store it. It would have also been nice if the parts for the machine had stickers or something that labeled them according to the instructions in the manual. That would have been helpful in putting things together. The instructions provided could have also been a little clearer, I had a little difficulty figuring out emptying the dirt tank. Fortunately, they did offer a video which helped! Conclusion: The Bissell ICONpet did a phenomenal job at cleaning in all of the use cases I tested it with. The LED light on the main attachment was extremely useful and is something I would not want to go without, but did not realize would be so helpful. I do not actually have any pets, but this vacuum does a great job at cleaning up all kinds of debris and is very effective whether you have pets or not. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product!

Must have for dog owners! This is an amazing vac for dog owners. We have a Great Pyrenees, with a long white coat, who sheds like you wouldn’t believe. We probably vacuum the main living area every other day just to keep up with his shedding. With every other vac we’ve had, about once a week or so, I’d have to take the brush roller apart & cut all the hair off that had wrapped itself around the roller. After having this vac for close to two weeks, I’ve not had to cut hair off the roller once. The hair simply doesn’t get stuck on the brush roller. Other things I liked: It comes WITH a wallmount, unlike our prior cordless stick vac, which only offered it as an additional purchase. In addition, the wall mount will also store the accessories. Keeps everything nice & tidy. The mount even has a small bubble level built in to aid mounting, which is a nice touch. The LED lights on the main roller head do a great job at illuminating all the hair on the floor. Almost too good, as it reminds me that this dog sheds everywhere… There’s also an LED light on the crevice tool, which really helps when trying to get the dark corners or behind furniture. Does a really nice job of picking up dirt/hair on hardwood floors. We’ve had other vacs that seemed to fling as much dirt with the brush roller as what they picked up. Battery is strong enough to easily let me finish the entire upstairs, which is roughly 1100 sq ft. Plan on emptying the dirt cup often, as it seems rather small to me. I also didn’t care for the buttons, as there’s little tactile feedback. Feels more like touching an icon on your phone than something on a vacuum. All things considered though, this is a great vacuum. Highly recommended for pet owners.

Great rechargeable vacuum especially for picking up dog fur.

Broke after 1 year of use. I was using it one day and it just shut off out of no where and never turned back on after that. I'm very disappointed as this was an almost $400 vacuum. I expected more. Also it doesn't have great suction at all. Really only good on hardwood floors not on carpet.
