Works great. Cleaned all the carpet in the house. Has a little tank.

One of the best features is that the tank comes off so that the machine is portable to shampoo your car your stairs etc

I purchased this products for my messy pets, this is my third bissel extractor shampoo cleaner. The machine keeps the water hot for dried up smelly messes. Does a great job cleaning my carpet and I clean my carpet at least 3 times a week. This product is also great for cleaning the stairs.

We have an 80lb black lab, vacuum weekly, clean quite a bit - yet I was still amazed at the amount of dirt that this machine picked up! Incredible! And cleaning it was far easier than the last model we had - which didn't allow you to access where all the dog hair got sucked up into it. Great deal for the money, and great performer.

This is the third Bissell carpet cleaner that I've owned. They do a great job of picking up pet hair and leave my carpets smelling clean. I've owned several others, and this one does the best job for the longest time. Just be sure to buy the extended warranty, since every carpet cleaner seems to wear out after about 2 years.

This product removes so much hidden dirt that all of the rentals left behind. We are so impressed with this product. We have recommended it to all of our friends and family.

I bought this because I mainly wanted a spot cleaner, but after doing extensive research I found the price for a spot and full carpet cleaner bought separately was more than this combo. The machine works well after one use, but be aware you will pull carpet fibers up on the first use and the carpet is left fairly damp.

Very easy to use. Did a goob job, but left the carpet pretty wet. But it was probably my fault. Need to get used to using it.

This is a great investment for home carpet cleaning! Only thing I didn't love was the handle assembly, it was a little difficult to get it secured. Otherwise, me and my mom both have one for cleaning up after furry family members :)

Great machine! Totally easy to use! Lightweight & easy to clean!

This is the best carpet cleaner i have owned. It got melted crayon out of my carpet and pulled out pet hair my vaccum missed. The only downfall is the size of the water bucket. However becaise its a liftaway i understand the reason. Also doesnt weigh much.

This deep cleaner works great. I used it to clean about 1000 square feet of carpet and it didn't take long at all. Left the carpet much cleaner and dried very quickly. Highly recommend

Over all this is a good product. I was a little disappointed that it doesn't clean hard surfaces like tile and hardwood. Also the spot cleaner only works when detached from the base which is a bit inconvenient. It did good on short and longer pile carpet.

Tired of Hoover poor performance with poor suction. And plastic parts break off. bissel much better quality and performance . I purchased higher end machine and unlike the Hoover, i got what i paid for. I also used my points from Best Buy and saved a bunch! Could not be happier with my purchase. So glad i switch to Bissel

Purchased for Mother's Day present and cleaned the floors wonderfully! Pulls stubborn stains well with easy and spot cleaning spots as well easy to pull off. Easy empty and fill as well

Used to clean carpet in a couple of rooms. Also the lift off tank makes it easy to use to spot clean steps or your vehicle.

Does actually what I wanted to do. It works great. Easily pulls up stains. Also like that it detaches to do stairs.
