Like that it has a removable spot cleaner in or to clean things without carrying the entire thing with you.

I have a Kirby and always used it to clean my carpets. But you have to refill and dump it so much I got tired of it. This machine is awesome. It does a great job. Pulls most of the water back out of the carpet and leaves it very clean.

It works great! I had no idea there was so much dog hair in my carpet! I was amazed to see how much it pulled up!

Very useful for steps and small places in addition to large rugs.

I really like the shampooer excrpt for the poor performance in sucking up excess water and dirt. It does clean the carpet well with the dual brushes compared to the older model i had.

I love this machine! I don't have pets but I figured it would provide that extra cleaning power in high traffic areas. It gets the floor clean in one pass, and I have white carpet! I surely recommend this product!

The handle does not tighten up...so it moves when you clean. It does clean the carpets good. Also, very handy to detach and use the hand held cleaner.

I have two dogs and I can't believe how well this cleans the carpet! I love that the center detaches so I can clean the stairs and the couches. This has made my carpets so much softer! I love it! No complaints!

The attachment to clean furniture removed stains that The Home Depot rental machine could not.

I've used this several times. Did a great job cleaning my carpets. I really like having the detachable unit for spot cleaning. It allows me to clean the seats in my car as well as the furniture in my house.

I can't believe how different my carpet looks. It was horrible after 6 kids and 2 dogs and I thought getting it to even look ok again was a lost cause, but I was WRONG! Definitely recommend!

I bought a house on a short sale carpets where a mess. Wehave paid a professional service to come clean with little results. This carpet cleaner is well worth the money. This carpet cleaner really brought back the carpet and worked beyond my expectations.

This machine really does a great job. Yo have to take your time while cleaning, but it makes my carpets look brand new every time. It also gets out all the stains from my kitty cats. I approve.
