I like this carpet cleaner, but wish that I did not have to keep refilling the water and then emptying it so frequently. Work slowly with it and if you don't mind the constant bending, you'll be fine.

I was very happy to finally find this product as I have been searching for it for quite some time. Just happened to be in Best Buy and saved enough for this to be free! Can't wait for time off to do my stairs.

Does a decent job on light stains, could be better if water could be heated by the steamer itself. Deeper stains must be pretreated if you want to have success

I just love the rug cleaner it has a lot of cleaning power the only thing I do not like is you have to remove the plastic guard to clean it when done but it works great cleaned my rugs and they were soiled

I have hardwood and carpets to clean so I went another route. The containers are a little small so it makes for a lot of refill and empties compared to the Hoover extract 77 I beleive is what I went with.

Purchased as a deal of the day. First delivery was damaged. Replaced for free. Tank goes thru water rather quickly but good results.

Absolutely would recommend this to someone with a puppy and has carpets. Great to clean up potty accidents since it is also mobile. Just need to remember to clean throughly after a few uses.

I just got a dog and this is a great item. Big help with the pet and at the same time I invested in something that it is going to help me keep my carpet clean instead of renting one or paying for it.

Overall it is a good carpet cleaner, but the tank that holds the cleaning solution is very small and you have to constantly fill it up.

It keeps the water hot at all times, the rotating bristles do an amazing job getting stains out and the portable of it was amazing on stairs!

I bought this item at the request of my wife. I have seen her use it several times. I have never heard a single complaint. That would put it in the "it works and it's not annoying" category.

It performed as product described.deep cleaning with the carpets. I was a little disappointed with the suction tank on how it empties but it cosmetic can live with it.

I have a large area to clean including stairs and have a black lab. Cleaner does I wonderful job making carpet look new again.

This machine does a great job on carpets and upholstery. Pet stains and spills are a quick clean up. My only wish would be for easier, after-use clean up before putting it away.

I've owned several carpet shampoo machines in the past and this one is far superior! I love how you can detach the unit from the upright part and just use it as a portable cleaner!
