This machine is amazing!!! It's portable, easy to use and has great cleaning power!!! It's awesome!!!

I am so happy with my new carpet cleaner. It works awesome, super easy to get going. My carpets look great. I love how the canister comes off. It made cleaning my stairs super easy. We just got a puppy so that part comes in very handy. My kids even use it! Yes, it would be nice if it held more water but it's not that big of a deal.

As a dog-loving family, we realize that hair and odor come with the deal. After constantly being asked by my wife to buy a carpet shampoo machine, we decided to give the Bissell a shot. It works great, allowing us to quickly freshen up the rooms for company in a small amount of time. Great investment!!!

This carpet cleaner with lift off for stairs and upholstery and car upholstery is crazy good I couldn't believe how it cleans I purchase it on sale for $50.00 less at best buy with the 4 yr warranty and I going to clean everything with it because it allows you too I love how I can move around with it and it sucks all the water up its wonderful you got to try it I also purchase oxy cleaners for my white carpet.

Easy to setup, easy to use, easy to clean. It got the job done.

The rug cleaner is much better than I expected. We currently have three dogs and it takes care of their messes quite well. You can get the carpet pretty dry, and it appears to really remove the soap. Only drawback is lack of instructions; had to get YouTube videos.

This by far is the best cleaner I have used, it is easy to clean and use cleans carpet very well!

This machine was a great buy, it really works well and the pet hair is pulled out of the carpet.

Please be advise, I am not a carpet cleaning expert. My opinion is only based on the personal use of this item** I have had this carpet cleaner for 3 years to this date. I am very impressed with its performance. The suction is still strong (good motor). All the parts are still in decent condition with the exception of the extension hose/tube it is already showing signs of wear but not to the point of malfunctioning. The machine does a decent job with mild to low dirt,stains, etc... I have had only one instance that I would consider heavy usage and it performed very well. However, I would not use it on a daily basis for heavy jobs. I recommend this item with no reservations.

This carpet cleaner is the best I've had. It has great suction power and I didn't feel the need to keep going over the wet areas like I've had to with other cleaners, this machine is awesome!

Ok so I know how annoying it is to go through reviews and wonder if all the good ones are planted. This one isn't, I promise lol. I looked through all the reviews and we were originally going to go for a different one but were also deciding between getting a full size or a portable cleaner because we have toddlers that spill and a puppy in the midst of potty training. The one we were looking at had what seemed like more reliable reviews, but it was more expensive and looked harder to clean. So we eventually went with this one because of it being easier to clean, having the word pet on it made me feel like there was something added (isn't that always the case *sigh*), and because the best part was that it is both a full sized AND a portable cleaner! Having both options was the winner. We used some walmart brand pro strength pet cleaner and it has worked wonderfully. It even seriously helped remove a massive red juice strain that had been there a month! Doesn't seem to be working on a rust spot that just recently happened, but I've been told the liquid cleaner is a big factor and some cleaners work differently on different types of stains. Either way, it's been great and super easy to maintain so far. Had it almost two months now. Just a tip, they told me when it is connected as a full sized cleaner the water gets heated, but if you take it off to use the portable size, it doesn't so you have to heat the water yourself before putting it in.

Light weight, works so much better than other machines.

This cleaner works as good as the commercial cleanings we have had done in the past. We have two dogs that often "piddle" on the carpet. This cleaner deep cleans and with the proper solvent does a wonderful job

Our carpets haven't been cleaned in over 15 years, this did a great job cleaning and the spot machine even removed some old spots that regular scrubbing didn't.

Does a nice job of cleaning - cord is really short.
