This is great for cleaning the carpets. Light weight and east to use. I do wish the cleaning solution container was a little bigger,my preference, but it removed a lot of dirt.

Excellent was easy to use. It did a great job on all my carpet. I would highly recommend it to all my friends and relatives. I loved that it was light weight and easy to operate.

We have 4 dogs and it does a great job cleaning carpets and getting stains out of carpets. It doesn't suck up the water as well as I had hoped but it still cleans better than any other carpet cleaner I have owned.

Works great. Really got down deep the lift off is great for stairs and areas where the cleaner won't reach. Only negative is that you have to unscrew the bottom after cleaning to remove residue. Not s big deal but would prefer a clip on/off like most other cleaners

The Bissell- Lift -Off Deep Cleaner PET Carpet Cleaner. Is by far the best I've used in the past month. It really does what it says it will do and then some. I used it on my friend carpet, it pulled dirt, flea eggs and much more from her carpet. It even pulled stuff out that her steam carpet cleaner would not pull out. When we get through with her house we will bring it to my house for a deep cleaning. If is easy to clean. We have not had any problems with this product.

This the 3rd such cleaner purchased and the only one I kept. It's lightweight (I'm not a big gal), EASY to use, the detachable part makes cleaning stairs easy. Clean up (and I'm a clean freak) is super quick compared to other products either purchased or rented. A screwdriver and the spray nozzle on my sink make clean up quick work. The only thing I was unhappy with was the size of the upholstery tool. Seriously too small. That designer obviously hasn't tried to clean a large sofa. But that said it was the largest tool on a cleaner we found. No regrets on purchase

We have a puppy. We have carpet. Those two things made a home carpet cleaner necessary, and after research and debate we chose this Bissell. One key item that swayed me to this Bissell over the others is the lighter weight. I could easily maneuver it to all the levels of my home. After I got it home and thoroughly read the directions I discovered that I could take off the "hub" of the cleaning and use it as a portable cleaner. Now, I can remove all the traces of the puppy "oops" from my car! I have told everyone I talk to about this. It could be my best purchase ever.

This carpet cleaner is ideal for large dog owners, as we know the bigger the pet the bigger the mess! This carpet cleaner does a better job, is more convenient, and is lighter in weight than the typical machine you can rent. It pays for itself in 2-3 uses!

I have 2 small dogs that refuse to get housebroken I have to clean after them almost every day. this steamer meets my demands.

I would be happy to suggest my purchase to anyone. So much easier to use than rental unit's and will pay for it's self in little time. I'm proud to be an owner and my carpet feels springy. Have not done my stairwell yet but can 't wait to get it done also. I'm sure I will have my carpet cleaned oftener now since set up and clean up is so easy.

Great product and easy to use, I thought it works as good as a professional unit. Easy to clean after your done and the lift off option works very well. Overall very happy with this purchase, I would definitely recommend buying this carpet cleaner.

So far I have done my living room carpet and both of my couches and the cleaner works fantastically. I like that you can detact to clean furniture and it was able to clean stains from 3 months ago (i have a toddler that spills milk on everything).

I'm not sure if I have a defective unit, the suction seems very poor on the main unit, customer service sent me a replacement part and it seemed to help just a little BUT when using the small detachment lift off piece OMG! That thing never stops picking up water!!! It is so strong and definitely worth trying just for that part of the cleaner. I use it the most anyway for spot cleaning after our oldest dogs accidents and it cleans amazingly well. The small unit is worth the cost and recommend getting it.

I had a Bissel carpet cleaner in the past so I am happy with the brand. I purchased this new one because of the lift off feature. Sometimes I only need to spot clean. It also works great for stairs, the couch, or even my car.

My wife and I purchased this cleaner about a month ago, in that time we have shampooed our upstairs carpet, area rugs downstairs and it has worked great. My wife likes it as it's not heavy and she can push it around without any issues. The clean up is easy, just remember to unscrew the cleaner at the bottom to clean out dirt/material. Nice machine

We end up having to use it every day because our digs decide to track in mud every day and it does a good job cleaning it but doesn't always get everything up.

I have 3 dogs so this is used constantly. Works well, but i don't think that it actually heats the water up. I never see that little light on the handle come on saying that heat is working. Maybe I just have a defective machine, I don't know. Other people I've talked to say theirs doesn't come on either. Good for immediate spot cleaning. Also must clean immediately after using or you'll get a funky smell

Assembly was a little tricky, but my new steam carpet cleaner is so easy to use. The reservoir for the cleaner sits flat for ease of filling, no balancing it while I pour. The dirty water reservoir is also easy to use and to empty and rinse out. It does a marvelous job on the carpet and the wide base means a quicker job. Love it.

Amazing how well this works. Stains that wouldn't come out with old cleaners came right now. Enjoy the pet feature for a little spots, which also work with kid spills.

My friend had the similar carpet cleaner tried his before buying my own.Best part about is you can carry the cleaner out and clean the car and do the stairs as well.
