Straightforward, simple to use and efficient. I found the recommended quantity of the liquid *soap* to be excessive. I use about half of that and have achieved beautiful results. Don't get in a hurry, slow and steady wins the race.

I got a pet for like a week and he stained my carpet! Regular cleaning wouldn't get it out but this carpet cleaner made it so much easier! I did have to replace water and soap more often than I'd like though. It also works if you just want to shampoo the carpet yourself.

We had used this model before and after waking up to some pet messes we knew this was the carpet cleaner to get. Have used it several times and it works very well and is easy to use.

This rug cleaner got out all of the spots on my carpet. Wish the tank that holds the clean water and detergent were larger but it would make it so much heavier. Just keep adding water. The unit heats it for you. Love it.

I was previously very loyal to the Hoover Steamvac with spinning brushes. But after small parts broke for the 2nd time, I went with the Bissell Deep Cleaner. Overall I LOVE IT! It is way easier to switch to cleaning upholstery or inside the car vs. the Hoover. Very easy and not as messy to change water and empty dirty basin. My one complaint is the beater bar versus Hoover's spin brushes. I think the Hoover gets the stains easier with spinning brushes. The Bissell produces ALOT of carpet fibers with the beater bar.

It's very good, clean well. really it helped me to remove a lot of things that we don't see.

I was thinking about buying new carpets for bedrooms. After cleaning with Bissel, they look like new.

We have five dogs and two grandkids and we have struggled to find an easy to use, lightweight, in home shampooer that could keep up with all of that. This one has an on board, already hooked up, hose attachment that is so much easier to use on our couches and stairs. The machine itself is easy to push around on the carpets and it cleaning ability is better than any of the 150-250 dollars ones at Wal-Mart. (We went through those) The last test we have for it is longevity. We typically have to get a new one every year because we use them so much. So we will be interested in finding out how long this one lasts.....but for initial impressions....we love this shampooer.

This carpet cleaner works great, but you have to constantly refill the tank & dump the dirty water. It only cleans a small area at a time because of this. It does do a good job though if you don't mind having to constantly stop & refill or dump the water out

We have used this carpet cleaner a couple times and are happy with how well it works.

This is product is very simple to use and great for small areas. The stair feature is also very convenient and handy. The only negative is the tank size which is limited to small spaces.
